Wonderful cozy modern chalet! We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the hot tub!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, and we loved spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. We truly felt at home and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a great weekend. The cottage was very clean and we had everything we needed. Marc was a great host. His instructions were very clear and he took the time to contact us during our stay to ask us if everything was going well. I recommend this cottage to people looking for a quiet and warm place. We stayed at this place for two nights and had a good experience overall. The cottage was modern in design and was given to us clean and tidy. However, we encountered two issues. First, the house did not have laundry detergent and paper towels, which could be easily addressed. More importantly, the cottage does not have direct access to the lake. It is located on the upper side of the road, while the lake is on the lower side. To reach the lake, you need to cross the road and go through another property. This was not what we expected based on the photos, as the road was not shown in them.

I had a wonderful Time and everything was perfect! Perfect place, perfect host, I had the best of time, the place was spotless and I truly enjoyed my stay. I will recommand this place to everyone.

This place was perfect for a relaxing getaway, especially for coffee nerds (the coffee bar is such a highlight)! The views were great, and the hot tub was a dream. The host was also fantastic - so gracious, responsive, and genuinely great vibes. A tiny external issue was handled incredibly well. Highly recommend for a chill trip!

A perfect stay in an enchanting setting! The log cabin is beautiful, bathed in light thanks to abundant fenestration. The calm of the place, the indoor fireplace, the animals that roam freely around... everything was together for a total healing. We even scratched a little guitar by the fire — a magical moment. We leave our hearts light and filled with beautiful energy. Thanks for a great getaway!

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful experience at "Le Pod"! ^^ We enjoyed the privacy of the cabin and the beauty of the forested trails. We want to thank Jean-François for his hospitality of offering the service of bringing our luggage to and from the cabin, giving us the opportunity of a relaxing and burden-free stroll to our lodging. The walk from the parking to the cabin created an off the grid vibe and was totally worth it, especially with our furry friend. We had access to sleds, which was an unexpected bonus! There was plenty of woods provided to keep the fire burning and some candles for extra light after sunset. We were also provided with 36 liters of water for our 3 nights stay. We had the chance to pass by a few of his other cabins and were impressed by the ingenuity and practicality behind Jean-François' handmade architectural projects. We highly recommend visiting "Le Pod" or any other of "Chalet du Jolimont"! The memories made here are priceless 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Perfect Lakeside Getaway – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Alex and Tiffany’s beautiful lakeside house near Maniwaki was absolutely incredible. The home is brand new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect retreat. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving a lovely welcome gift for our stay, which we truly appreciated. One of the best parts about this place is how close it is to everything in the city while still feeling peaceful and secluded by the lake. The views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. Alex and Tiffany were incredibly thoughtful, even setting up games for our younger ones, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While we visited outside of summer, I can only imagine how amazing it would be in the warmer months, with the lake right there for swimming and outdoor activities. If you’re passing through Maniwaki, I highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it!

Guy's place was great! I'll be back. There are two other places to rent on the property, and I would say that the location of this building is the least ideal because it doesn't have a direct view overlooking the lake. This would be a big downside if you spent your time sitting inside or on the porch, we did not so it was perfect for us. One other thing is that the I found the shower tight for an adult, but if you need to wash, it'll get the job done. I spent most of my time by or on the water. Take advantage of the available water crafts that are available! I was fishing most of the time and there's a lot of fish to catch. Super comfortable and cozy cabin. Lots of room in the kitchen to get your chef on. As for the property, there's a slightly steep hill between the buildings and the water. Be careful with children or when it's damp. There IS a staircase to help you out. There's quite a bit of cottages around the lake and it could get loud. Quite a bit of motor and pontoon boats

Beautiful spot to stay! We had a great time staying in the comfort and clean space, and loved the scenery. Francis had great communication and the Kayaks on the lake were super nice to take out as well. Very pleased with our stay!

This place was exactly what we wanted; a nice escape in the foothills of Tremblant. This peaceful cabin is very open in the main room and a lot warmer in-person. The sauna is top tier, we used it every day. The hosts were extremely responsive and their booklet provided great recommendations. We went to the 83 Nord cafe several times. The only thing to note is that several new cabins are popping up in the area but the positioning of the cabin is good so you still have good privacy. This was not a negative for us but informing others who may want total seclusion.

Great place, wonderfull chalet, wanted to stay longer

We enjoyed our stay, my boy and I. A well built chalet, with already everything you need (stove, plates, pot etc...). Great peace and a very nice place to be able to walk and recharge, with attractions nearby. Really perfect. The wood burning stove is very efficient. 🙂

I wish that the cabin had been available for a longer duration during our availability. I can see this as being a great place to get away from the city to relax. Real log cabin feel and smell of wood walls, so clean and de-cluttered. I can see evenings spent playing cards and listening to the forest sounds. Very relaxing.

A perfect weekend with friends, to our liking, in a rustic and warm chalet. The tranquility of the place, the comfort and the amenities were at the rendezvous. The late winter conditions didn't allow us to go hiking. However, we enjoyed a day at the Natur'Eau Spa located nearby. I would recommend this cottage and would not hesitate to come back. Great value for money.

Our stay at Elsa’s place was wonderful. The property was impeccably clean and offered a secluded, spa-like retreat. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxation. Elsa was a fantastic host—attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Great adventure camping spot. My partner and I have been twice now. Both times in February when it is snowy and peaceful. We enjoyed the snowshoeing trails and the sauna. I highly recommend reading the survival guide to help prepare for the visit. Our host was very communicative and gave us lots of helpful details. We liked our visit and intend to return.

We had a very cozy time staying at Maribeth’s place. There was a snow storm during half of our stay. So we didn’t go out too much. The house had everything we needed for a cozy stay in. Maribeth actively checked in throughout our stay to ensure we had what we needed.
