Claire's house has charm and old family houses: spacious, comfortable, a little outdated and filled with family history. If you pass its small flaws, you will have a great stay at a very reasonable price. And Claire is a very available and attentive host.

welcoming and responsive host, very good stay

A home with one floor and well equipped for 4 basic people, large enough as a result: with two bedrooms to have a reserved space per couple, and a lounge area to share a meal like home. In fact, the accommodation is an old dwelling that has been rehabilitated with some success. The downside is the stairs upstairs, it's not easy and right in front of the door of a bedroom: I personally would have fixed a gate upstairs to secure (a mobile gate is available, but does not secure much). Another concern was the heating, with two radiators that did not want to work, knowing that anyway the local climate does not allow a comfortable temperature in this type of accommodation to be considered in this type of accommodation in winter: sweaters and blankets are necessary, without it being dramatic. Finally, so as not to remain on a negative note, a city center accommodation is quite suitable for a short/medium stay.

Marie is a very reliable hostess, the accommodation is very quiet and good location. We appreciate the presence of the garden.

Very nice house, quiet location, safe, and as described, even if we would have liked the heating and ambient temperature during our stay to be a little more pleasant... one or two degrees of heat would not have done any harm and would have helped make the stay even more pleasant.

Agathe's house is welcoming, it feels right at home, with a shaded courtyard behind the house that allows you to enjoy in peace. Exactly what is expected of an AirBNB, i.e. renting a house between individuals, with its charm and personality.

We had a great time in a very warm accommodation and faithful to Jerome's description that we thanked privately. The proximity to the city center is an asset. Everything was up to what we expected for the end of the year with friends in their 60s.

We loved this house. It was so relaxing but also within really easy reach of everything you could need in Laval. Our kids loved the pool, table tennis, darts, sand pit and lovely garden. We had some friends join us for part of our stay - so in total 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of everything and lots of space. Great and well equipped kitchen. A good array of kids toys but also a beautifully presented, clutter free house.
