Charming cabin on Lake Martin – Great lake views with windows everywhere. Light an airy. This waterfront property comes with a large deck, private dock and floating dock steps from the house. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths / a very open kitchen and living area. Master Bedroom with doors to the deck. Outdoor furniture and lounge chairs. Screened in porch with table and chairs. The deck is new February 2023. We have renovated the half bath and new sewage system. New boat house and pier 11/2023

Relax with the whole family at this year-round retreat that is lake life serene. Mornin' coffee and evenin' sunsets are the main attractions here. Watch the fish at night from the pier. Listen to the crickets and the frogs serenade you in the moonlight. You'll have access to the pier where there is a light that reveals the swimmers beneath.
