Our detached house (full foot +/- 60 m2) is ideally located due south in front of a green area, high above a hill overlooking the beautiful hilly area of the Côte d 'Azur offering a splendid view of the surrounding mountains and a glimpse of the sea. Vence is a pretty city with all amenities, The city centre and buses are a 15-minute walk away. the nearest sea is in Cagnes sur mer, the Col de Vence is 15 minutes by car hiking and horse or pony rides with superb views. In the corner , the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, 3 parks are in Villeneuve loubet, visit the pretty villages of St Jeannet and tourettes sur loup too!!! The scenery is beautiful and overlooks the sea.
