Carlos and Claudine are considerate and accommodating hosts. The house is as described,so no disappointment upon arrival. On the contrary, the decor is warm and there is nothing missing either for the bedding or for the kitchen and table. The environment of the house is quiet and ideal for starting walking or cycling. We'll probably have a chance to come back. François

Very nice accommodation, well laid out for a family of 4. The house is very close to the tip of Cap Ferret, the ocean and the basin. In winter, for New Year's Eve, the area is a little deserted. Definitely friendlier in summer.

The apartment is very functional, combining the charm of the old with modernity. It is perfectly equipped and decorated with taste. A 10-minute walk from the shopping streets, in the very quiet environment of the Winter City. We are a family of 4 with 2 young girls and we loved Carole's place. The terrace was very nice for the end of the day when returning from the beach. The apartment is very well located, very central. Communication with Carole was easy and pleasant. I recommend.

Our stay at Danielle’s apartment was lovely. It was spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was great and the pool was big. Danielle was a great host, she kindly picked us up from the station and gave us local recommendations. I would recommend staying here.

very well appointed and clean accommodation. we really enjoyed the outside with its different corners to relax and the tranquility of the place. the city center and the beach are within walking distance, parking for the car is very useful especially in high season. I recommend this rental to guests going to Biscarrosse.

We had a great long weekend in Gujan-Mestras and Guillaume's apartment was an integral part of it. The apartment is just perfect! Everything is as it appears in the pictures, only that reality is even better than in the pictures. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Very good stay! Ideal apartment to visit Arcachon! Harbor within 10 minutes walk and city center within walking distance! Great location to visit the Bassin d 'Arcachon! The apartment is as described , comfortable bedding! We were very well hosted , flexible check-in and check-out is a real plus! A host very attentive to her tenants and who takes care to communicate about the work in progress! We will be back!

Clean and functional accommodation even for a person over 80 years old. The only downside that is not the responsibility of the hosts is that there is no sidewalk and the surrounding work has stoned the lower sides. The apartment is in a very good location in relation to the beach and the city center.

Our stay went very well. The place was clean and nice. It was consistent with the photos and enough for 4 people. Located a little away from the center of Arcachon (shopping streets), the neighborhood is quite quiet at this time.
