yannick is a host of extreme kindness , responsive , giving information about activities nearby, committed to offering quality homes, clean , nicely decorated with taste . The bedding is quality , so is the linens. We were charmed by the place , the panorama , the spa in the evening facing the sunset over the sea and by the kindness of Yannick . I recommend Jardin Zen .

The stay went perfectly! The accommodation was impeccable, as described, and very pleasant. The hosts were at their best: welcoming, available and attentive. The pool is also nice and peaceful, we would definitely recommend this place:)

superb rental with a breathtaking view of the ocean,the beach of Leroux accessible on foot just go down for 200m approx. Beach the great Ance,from the pearl, ti Ance are very close. We had a great 15 days and Teddy and Estelle are great hosts... in a hurry to welcome us and care.

I was totally flabbergasted by the amazing views, the superbly maintained and tasteful property and the general French Caribbean “vibe” We totally enjoyed our stay here and it was a pity we could not book it for longer. We will definitely try to get back as soon as we can!!

We had a wonderful family stay in Guadeloupe thanks to the hospitality and the beautiful Villa de Ming & Arnaud. Everything is done to make you feel at home. And it started before we arrived with care, very considerate and available they even added services just to satisfy us! (Crib and pool alarm for safety) A warm welcome from Ming with a full tour of the villa to introduce us to all the assets it has. Also available very easily for the duration of our stay. Very comfortable, quite secluded the villa will offer you peace and quiet for a beautiful stay. A very big thank you we will be sure to recommend you and keep the address for a future trip. in the red villa. A treat! We just finished our stay at the red villa. A treat!!! Christian and Florette's welcome was royal. They provided us with food and drink for dinner on the day of our arrival and breakfast the next day! Communication was fluid, pleasant and friendly. Christian gave us plenty of tips for walks, beaches, restaurants, etc. As for the villa, what to say! It's a peaceful harbor. There's nothing missing. The rooms are perfect (good bedding, air conditioning, screens). It's nice to live in this house open to the pool and garden very well maintained without forgetting the carbet. We will keep an unforgettable memory of our trip to this beautiful island and in this beautiful villa. No need to add that we RECOMMEND ++!!!

Top house, in the center of Saint François. Didier waited for us on a Saturday night at 9PM (thank you to him). He was responsive to our requests. The accommodation matched our expectations with top facilities (air conditioning, kitchen, shower room). The little plus the second outdoor shower room;-) Close to the city center and the marina, everything was done on foot. We'll be right back. Thank you

A very pleasant stay in this magical and soothing place

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

Beautiful villa, very comfortable, in a very peaceful environment. Everything is nice in this outward-facing house and its pretty pool. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. We have only one desire, to come back!

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

The house is really beautiful and very nicely decorated. It's even nicer than the pictures! The rooms are very comfortable and the terrace/pool area is just amazing! The climb to the house is a bit rough, but it is 2 minutes from a highway that makes travel quite easy. Communication with the owner was very smooth, she even advised us on a nanny so that we could have our children looked after for half a day. We would highly recommend it!

Our stay was extraordinary in every way. The house was a perfect base camp to explore Guadeloupe! Our group of 8 (grandparents, parents, teenagers, children) greatly appreciated the great outdoors offered by the house and its many amenities. We highly recommend it!

We stayed at Sylvie's with the family . The space is spacious , (consistent with the photos ) well equipped and the pool is great! And the main thing: the view!!!! Sylvie and her husband are responsive and attentive hosts. I recommend it!

we were delighted by the rental, quietly located but quite close to all amenities (marina 8 minutes away, supermarket 5 minutes away....). swimming pool, garden and house very well decorated and very pleasant to live in.

We had a lovely stay at Nanou's house. A quiet and peaceful place, not overlooked. The pool is very nice as well as the terrace where we had good evenings. A place we recommend and could come back to.

We had an absolutely amazing 4 days, we didn't want to leave anymore, the house and the view are perfect! We'll be back with great pleasure in September! The contact with Virginia was very nice, she takes great care of her tenants. And as a bonus, we were lucky enough to see a whale live from the couch! We recommend eyes a second thought!

The location of the villa is amazing. A few minutes walk from the paradise beach Le Roux, we were able to enjoy many aperitifs on the beach with our young children thanks to this proximity. In addition, Deshaies was a favorite for its central location for various types of family activities (zoo, botanical garden, Acomat jump, crayfish waterfalls and so on). And what to say about the impeccable villa which includes the essentials for a successful stay, swimming pool, air A/C in the bedrooms, inviting living space and privacy with the neighbors. I highly recommend it! Cédric and Gaelle were always available and good tips to answer any questions we had.
