We loved staying here in Nice! The apartment is in a wonderful location. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and we were surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants! Hanna was an amazing host, it was easy to get in touch with her and she was responsive.

Beautiful place, tastefully decorated, all the amenities are there. Large garden, so you can sit in the sun and also in the shade. Beautiful outdoor kitchen, which we made a lot of use of. Beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, jeu de boules court. Friendly host and nice communication.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas and New Year and felt very much at home.The balcony too was great and we enjoyed having breakfast there most mornings looking at the beautiful sea views.Would recommend Laure's place and will hopefully stay there again

Bonjour, I missed the last connecting train between Toulon and St Raphael because of a collision deposited in a train station (Trapped Collis? ) I had to decide to sleep in a hotel in Toulon It was very late to cancel my airbnb room, I let my host know. I have the proof by the SNCF and Justinn is ok to testify . Thank you for understanding . I look forward to hearing from you Best regards, Didier

Wonderful visit at the apartment. We stayed for a week. The location was perfect for us. Close to bus and tram stops, grocery and bakery shops — and across the street from the promenade, where we could stroll all the way to Old Nice. Perfect! The view from the apartment was just beautiful morning, noon and night. While the bathroom is bijou, the apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I do have to mention how very comfortable the beds were. That was a welcome bonus after a long day of sight seeing. Our hosts were so pleasant, responsive and accommodating to work with. That made our travel so much easier. I look forward to a return visit where I will book this apartment again. Thank you, Tam and Jennifer. I am happy to recommend.

Highly recommended apartment because everything is there: cleanliness, proximity to the beach, the city center, the kindness and flexibility of the owner (we wanted to arrive earlier than expected and she accepted without problem), the pool and especially the amenities of the apartment. We also greatly appreciate the cleanliness of linens, laundry of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towel, towels and limmense terrace with its sunbeds and tables.

Very nice place, beautiful view from all the rooms, big terrace with an outdoor dining table, and nice garden with orange trees. Kitchen well equipped so you can cook a meal for a family, 3 full-size bathrooms avoid traffic jam. Comfortable and nicely decorated without shishi. Downtown Ste Maxime is a pleasant 20min walk, public tennis courts and the beach 5min away downhill. Agathe is a very pleasant host. She responded typically within 15min or less, provided good advice and helped out with extra equipment. Very relaxing vacation.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Very friendly hosts and a nice property with lots of greenery and a big pool. Location is very quit and the drive up to the village is very curvy. Nala (their dog) and Daico (the neighbor‘s bog) are very cute :), the apartment has everything you need.
