Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. We rent a self-contained apartment in our house. It has a living room (sofa bed), a kitchen (without oven), a bedroom (140*180 bed) and a bathroom/toilet. Bed linen provided, as well as the basic breakfast kit (coffee, tea, cocoa) The house is in the quiet of a village located in the heart of the vineyard, and is located just 8 km from the site of Hellfest. We are about 25 km from the city center of Nantes.
