Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Le Poiré-sur-Vie

We had a great stay at Caroline's. The living room is spacious and includes plenty of seating for large groups. The garden is composed of several terraces. The accommodation allows many walks. The setting is nice. I recommend it!

Great private place with great terrace, everything is clean from floor to linen bed and towel. We were 3 couples, we all enjoyed this large house with its 3 bedrooms and their bathroom. Sarah and her husband are lovely, we were very well received. 2 steps from the house is inter-market, which is very convenient for some purchases and the gas station:) The place is quiet and the house is well soundproofed. I would recommend this place 2000%.

A great weekend with friends at Nathalie's! The accommodation matches the photos, well equipped and very clean, the heated pool and hot tub are most amazing. Nathalie was very flexible on departure and arrival times, which is always very appreciated by a host and allowed us to enjoy the accommodation until the end, thank you to her! We recommend others and note the address to come back ourselves!

Bright, clean, functional and pleasant apartment to live in, in the heart of Pornic. Great location to visit the city center and go for a walk on the customs officers' path. And in addition 15min walk from the TER station! Isabelle was flexible on arrival and departure times and took the time to explain the good restaurants, walks etc. A real plus I really enjoyed it. Nothing to do with a lot of Airbnb whose welcome is done by a key box!! Recommended and hope to be back soon:)

Great stay! The apartment is bright, spacious, very pleasant and tastefully decorated. The bedding is excellent and the equipment is quality. The fireplace is very nice in the evening. We enjoyed having lunch on the veranda. You can walk to the city center along the harbor. We'll be happy to come back:) and recommend it 100%

Frédéric's apartment is ideally located with a superb view of the sea and the harbor. The terrace is well exposed and sheltered from the prevailing winds, we had lunch in the sun at noon on December 23rd...! The equipment is enough for this type of accommodation, nothing to repeat. The cabin is indeed very narrow, large and/or large people will hardly be able to wash themselves. The bottom bed of 140 cm in the bedroom is inconvenient, insufficient height to sit down to read, entry and exit a little acrobatic and ladder flush with the head... That said, we had a nice stay and communication with Frédéric was always clear and cordial.

We had a very pleasant stay in a castle-like setting, with extremely friendly and humorous hosts. Thank you again for your warm welcome, we will keep a great memory of our time in your beautiful home!

Great stay in La Clé Chaumoise! The place is really great: super cozy, well decorated and super clean. We immediately felt at home there. The location is perfect for holidays with friends, close to many activities and La Roche-sur-Yon. The hosts are super welcoming and accommodating. Honestly, if you are looking for a quiet and well-located place for your vacation, I would recommend 100%

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

We were a family of 5 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). The sleeping arrangements worked out very well and the kids really loved the playroom and swimming pool. The beaches (one within easy walking distance and one a 4/5 minute drive away) were excellent (no showers though?) with nice beach bars/restaurants. The nearby zoo is worth a visit - clean and the animals looked well looked after. All in all an excellent family holiday.

Very pleasant quiet accommodation in the countryside. We stayed there for 3 nights with friends. Decoration certainly a little rustic but everything is there, and very functional to spend a weekend or a comfortable holiday. Obviously, the sauna and spa make a huge difference.
