Architect's house (October 2014 delivery) on the sand. Tree-lined garden. Beautiful pergola which offers a covered space equivalent to an additional room. Possibility to park one or even two cars in the garden. New discovery and tiled terrace in the rear of the house. Prices are heard for 5 people. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, it consists of a main house and an outbuilding, all air-conditioned (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). It has internet connection (fiber), equipped kitchen, smart TV, washing machine... The fully enclosed garden is organized around a dining area with barbecue, a “relaxation” area with sunbeds, and you can park in the driveway.
