Holiday rentals in Le Tertre Rouge, Le Mans

Lovely rural location.

We had a pleasant stay for one night while passing through Le Mans. The house had everything we needed. The location is very peaceful and a short drive to Le Mans centre. Check in was flexible. Murielle provided clear instructions and was welcoming upon arrival. She was very responsive and was happy to provide some local recommendations. Thank you!

Very nice house, all comforts and very well-equipped. Ideal with children, fenced garden and provision of many games. Finally Laurène was always very available to us before and during the stay. We recommend this accommodation.

Very happy with this accommodation found close to the L Flèche Zoo, and especially in a place where you can find everything you need for children, both in indoor games (foosball, table tennis) and in the outside with tennis court, soccer cages, small wood where to make cabins. In short, it was a perfect place to meet many children!

A big thank you to Sarah for leaving us her house for this weekend, everything was at its best whether on the organization or the house itself. We had a great time and Sarah did everything to make us feel good! We'll come back if we have a chance 😊

The villa was even larger than we expected and although there were 20 of us all together it wasn’t crowded at all . The heated pool was excellent for all the children having a large flat shallow area at one end. Everything was thought of from washing machine to dishwashers and more crockery and kitchen equipment than you could use. Tiphanie was a great host and we all had a thoroughly good time and couldn’t recommend this villa enough
