And, it is right on the river, not a canal. This place is recently rebuilt. Everything is brand new and beautiful. Very comfortable, tons of storage, high speed internet, induction cooktop for cooking in the room. Last house on the street, so private and beautiful, it is like staying in a tree house. Please read my reviews it will tell how all of my guest felt about this cute little place. I love to host and I’ve tried to make it a place you would feel like relaxing, comfortable and you don’t need anything but groceries. I provide coffee, creamer, tea, water and toiletries. There’s some beach items you could use for the beach. 2 beach Chairs, towels, beach blanket, umbrellas some beach toys. I’d appreciate when your done leave sandy items out back where the hose is. The 300 Sq Ft Cabana Studio Apartment with Separate full Bathroom!! The Cabana with mini fridge, microwave, Keurig and toaster is completely private and was built in 1925 and recently updated is tucked away in a lovely established and historic neighborhood very close (walking distance) to The Edison Ford Winter Estates.
