Beautiful apartment in the historic center of Petkum (Emden). The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small house with quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a gulfhof and only 4 minutes walk to the port and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the dollar. Fresh sea air included. Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Spacious living in the old town (with parking)

My apartment is located in an historic building that once housed the old town hall printing works. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor. A private car parking space is directly at the apartment and also easily accessible via the terrace. By the way, all earnings from airbnb will only be used to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

Our cozy apartment is nestled between meadows and fields. Pure nature! Whether action or tranquility - the stay is varied and has a lot to offer. The cities of Papenburg (17 km) and Leer (20 km) are quick to reach. The North Sea coast and the Dollart, as well as the Netherlands are not far away either. The apartment is lovingly furnished with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is located on the first floor in the annex. Private use.

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Because there are always negative reviews left about the location. The accommodation is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping facilities are abundant in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Welcome to the attic. This accommodation is very individually decorated and lovingly maintained. The house is situated in a quiet Lindenstraße not far from the center + the old town... walk about 10 min. It has a large garden with tea house (in summer greenhouse) and some cozy seats. The nature reserve is very close, as well as the baker Lübbers and the Mixmarkt. It's a good place to unwind and unwind. I look forward to seeing you!

The apartment is accessible via a staircase that does not have a handrail!

We rent out our cute cottage in Aurich / East Friesland in an idyllic and quiet location, 3 kilometers from the city center. The former bakery has only 22 m², but is lovingly and extensively equipped.
