Beautiful boater’s paradise featuring a new pool!

Renovated pool and lanai and interior! This 3 bed/4 bath home is on the nicest canal in Cape Coral with gorgeous views. The pool, tiki hut and docks have full sun all day. Each bedroom has a private bath & there's a 2 pc powder room off the laundry. The primary has a king bed & walkout to pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & ensuite pool access. Bedroom 3 has a queen & private bath. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. And a games room! Enjoy the stunning sunsets on the water!

This is a ground level home-extra clean and bright. Comes fully equippped with all linens, towels, flat-screens, Wi-fi, parking. My condo is close to the beach, nightlife, public transport, and family-friendly activities. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It's minutes from Ft. Myers and Sanibel Beach. It has a King size bed in the master bedroom and two twin murphy beds in the guest room. Walking distance from a Super Target and trolley. Several outlet malls, closest is 2 miles. FYI, not handicap accessible (second floor unit). A few steps to the pool and grill.
