Gorleston has a long sandy beach with a children's splash pad in the summer and boat pond. Excellent walks for dogs. Lighthouse View is 5 mins walk from this beach. Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants, softplay and a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. The house has 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, b, sitting room/dining room, garden and hot tub. Parking for 2 cars at the back of the house. Free parking in the streets around

Our beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian house, packed with period features, is 10 mins walk to the high street and beach, and 20 mins walk to the harbour. The house has just been renovated and includes stripped wooden floorboards, original fireplaces, a wood burning stove, roll top bath and kingsize beds with sumptuous linen. Large 4 bedroom home situated in the heart of the beautiful seaside town of Southwold. Perfect for families or large groups, comfortably accommodates 7 people. Guests will have the use of the whole house, garden, patio and conservatory. Less than 10 minute walk to the pier, beach and into town to access all of Southwold's great pubs and independent shopping. Dogs very welcome and the house has a large garden but please note the back of the garden is not completely fenced off.

Perfect accommodation for a family holiday by the beach. My property has a large garden with a patio and a private hot tub. It has parking for 3 cars and a barbecue. All bedrooms are spacious with ample storage. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets all downstairs. Linen and towels are provided. As well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a welcome pack on arrival.
