We felt very comfortable, the apartment is very lovingly furnished, we didn't miss anything.

Perfect short stay , Kirsten was very responsive and always willing to help out and provide all the info needed. Place itself is great, big enough for 2 , very private and isolated with the garden which is very well maintained and decorated. Would definitely stay again!

My friends and I visited Hardy and immediately loved the house. Due to the various possibilities that the house offers, we were able to spend a weekend there without relying on external offers. Thank you very much for the great weekend in your house!

The stay with 7 people (5 adults and 2 children) in the beautiful apartment was great! The house was very clean, nice bathrooms, comfortable and very extensively equipped. The kids had a great time with the ping pong table/darts etc. Cozy to turn on the fireplace in the evening and the bedrooms were comfortable. Communication with Martina was great. If anything came up, she responds very quickly and her husband comes by to fix it. Nice tour and story given by her husband, about the pigs, which they have on the property. Very cozy, in summer even a swimming pool and there is a large garden to play for children. All in all, we have enjoyed! Tip restaurant; Gasthaus Suer. Very cozy and delicious food. We'd love to come back!

Very nice big house, 5 bedrooms so perfect for 10 people. Shopping 10 min by car. Upon arrival, the host instructed us in the hot tub, sauna and everything else in the house. The house was clean and tidy, but you can tell that people really live there and that is not just a vacation home, which is not bad or disturbing. The only negative are the surrounding neighbors who in principle have something against guests in this house from the ground up, who complain in retrospect, although you have been quiet, for which the hostess can't do anything. Would book again anytime.

Unfortunately, we only stayed at Kerstin's place for one night, but everything was great for it. The communication in advance was very friendly and helpful. The instructions on how to get to the accommodation were also so clear that we made it in the dark. The flexible check-in helped us enormously here, as traffic had changed our plans a little. It is very quiet, very clean and if you are looking for some peace in the countryside, the perfect place and the surroundings to explore or just look at a few stars at night.

Beautiful apartment that is an optimal size for 7 people. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. We spent an extended weekend there and were able to relax wonderfully during walks in the area.

The place was very nice and quiet location. Also very clean. Heike was very nice and accommodating. As a note: the lake in the photo is locked and cannot be reached. Not to be seen because of the shrubs in summer either. It is also better to arrive by car. We felt very comfortable and had a good time there. Highly recommend.

We really liked the place, we were already here for the 2nd time and would be happy to come back. Also the walk through the very nice and quiet place is absolutely recommended.

Owner is very proud and careful about his home. You will enter a beautiful clean house with personal decorations that make it just a little more cozy. There was a real Christmas tree in the living room, so cozy. Coffee machine works with coffee beans, very tasty. Bring: clothes and groceries, rest is provided such as towels, bed linen. Even the beds are made, you can enjoy right away. House is in quiet neighborhood. And has a central location, e.g. within 10 minutes Christmas market in Osnabrück. Supermarket 5 minutes drive. Owner is easy to reach via email/app. Had a great weekend! - Please note: ground floor is with tiles (looks like marble), owner would prefer you to take off shoes at front door. Get used to our adolescents. So bring slippers/slippers. A bit slippery for our dog.

I have made many beautiful places to stay through AirBnB and have met many nice hosts! Bruno is absolutely part of it (unfortunately I did not meet Martina) and the apartment was really cozy and tastefully decorated. I'll come back anytime!

It is a great house. We really enjoyed our stay with a group of seven people. It was very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything we needed. All rooms were really clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

We stayed with 8 guests for 4 nights. The apartment was as expected, clean and well maintained. The communication went great, always friendly and at all times with the shortest response times. Overall, everything was very good and as expected. Still, please make a few comments: The coffee maker could be replaced by a real coffee machine. For 8 people it was sometimes a bit tight and, for example, Cutlery/glasses could have been more. Only for 7 people is space in bed, one always had to sleep in the shared living room on the couch. But you could easily come to terms with all the small criticisms, so that we still felt comfortable at all times. Overall, definitely recommend!

Super uncomplicated key handover. Pleasantly very quiet location, otherwise no vacation home in the cul-de-sac. Grill was optimal and otherwise everything was sufficiently available in the household. Within walking distance, all activities are very quickly reached. Therefore, please come back.

We were a large group with kids and loved the guesthouse. Everyone had their retreat with en-suite bathroom. For the kids, there is an indoor playground right next door and the adults will also get their money's worth. The guesthouse is perfectly equipped - we didn't miss anything!

The house is located in a nice little and quiet holiday home area. Supermarket and restaurants are within 10 minutes. Ideal for a stay to relax and come down. Mike was a very enjoyable and good host, we had nothing to complain about.
