Holiday rentals with a patio in Leppävaara, Espoo

This place is amazing, it is with close proximity to everything you need and the view from there is stunning while it is snowing ! Lari has been really responsive to our needs, thanks !

We'll stay in Emma's studio apartment during the renovation of our own home. Emmi was super flexible and helpful, already arranging the night before our schedule to move in. Also, as our renovation was prolonged, Emmi arranged for more hosting time flexibly. Great service! Thank you!

The studio is located in a quiet apartment building and in a quiet residential area. Helsinki was easily accessible by metro in a short time. A good restaurant and shopping were nearby. I appreciated the personal welcome, as well as the small, glazed balcony. The only thing I didn't like was the direct view of the facade of the neighboring house...but I was mostly on the road and otherwise the surroundings were very green!

Easy to get to by biss from the center of Helsinki, peaceful and real-world surroundings, close to the sea. Big TV...loved it.

I have written this already before, but in my mind this is the best option in the area. Spacious, private, clean and good location! The host is friendly and everything just works!

We felt super comfortable. Very new and large apartment that is superbly equipped. The train station is a 3-minute walk, and from there you can reach Helsinki city center in less than 10 minutes. The trains run every 5 minutes. This makes perfect location. Jenny responds immediately and is super helpful. We would do it again in a heartbeat!

Liisa’s place was perfect for our stay, we warmly recommend her place for families. Communication with Liisa was easy and she is quick to reply. Thank you Liisa for hosting us :)

First of all, a tidy, clean, quiet house with privacy. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Great place to walk in touch with nature. The house is complete and fully equipped and I will come back very regularly. Highly recommend for families with children Thanks for everything.

A beautiful house in a beautiful environment. We enjoyed everything the house had to offer and felt good and relaxed staying there. It was super clean and the smell was very pleasant. There is actually one real bedroom (with an amazing large bed), the second one is more a gym/office room and not so cosy as a bedroom, the two single folding beds were not made so we needed to find everything to make them. But I definitely recommend staying there and we would like to come back.

Sirke was a superb host, she was very caring, answered our questions and was very quick with her responses. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and the view is absolutely amazing! We can sea the see, small islands around and the Uspenski cathedral is also visible from the terrace. There is a lot if light, large windows and modern and stylish furniture. There is good connection to the city centre and also to the airport. Public transport in Helsinki is very good. The apartment is in a newish neighborhood, everything is beautiful around. I highly recommend this apartment!

Thanks to the abundance of positive feedback, we dared to book a home in time extemporee. The host responded quickly to inquiries, and the place was what it was supposed to be. The sofa bed was also positively surprised, we got a good night's sleep. We recommend to others, and we'll be back if we need a place to stay. 😊

My friend Simon and I stayed at Erika's home for four nights, and it was perfect. The home is comfortable, warm, and welcoming, located in a fantastic area. Central Helsinki is easily walkable if you don't mind spending some time on foot, with great bars and restaurants nearby. Erika was an incredibly friendly and responsive host—we couldn't have asked for better. Thanks, Erika!

Studio is located close to public transportation but at a walkable distance to the city center. There is a supermarket really close. The seaside is close. Really nice neighbourhood. Everything in the studio is just as described in the listing. Fully functional and clean accomodation. Kethe as a host was super nice, responded to messages really fast. All in all, the place is great, the city is beautiful. Highly recommend you visit both Helsinki and Kethe's accomodation! :)

Hang’s place was fantastic place to stay close to the airport when we needed a night between flights. Very clean, central location apartment supermarkets and a great pizza Restaurant next door. Hang was very helpful and friendly and always available for any questions. Little extra which was a washing machine and coffee available in the morning made our stay extra special and nice touch from the host. Highly recommend this apartment and definitely stay again in the future!

The apartment and the whole experience were great. The communication was easy, fast, and easy. Our check-in has been flexible. The apartment may have been a little hidden depending on which direction arrived by car. But that was absolutely no problem if you figured it out. The apartment was spotless and the view a highlight. A personal highlight was also the endless tranquility in the apartment, as well as on the balcony. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it to anyone who takes it to Espoo.
