Very nice place, very nice terrace, only small worries ... he spanked very hot in the rooms, and the proximity to the owners and another rental house on the same place. But the host is very nice and the place is beautiful!

We loved staying in Jay’s place. Jay was a great host. One of the best I ever had! The location of the apartment was super. Extremely walkable. The apartment itself is a rare find in such a historic location in Paris. It was extremely spacious and very private. The apartment was just as pictured and very clean. Oscar was very friendly and helpful. We truly loved our stay there. 10/10 will recommend to anyone.

A great place for our visit to Paris. Sophie was great - responsive, proactive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the view of the Eiffel Tower made each night feel so magical!

This was such a wonderful stay. My friend and I spent 5 nights here and we loved how for a great price we got two rooms, two balconies, a great shower, washing machine (no dryer machine, however, just heated drying racks) the building was lovely and had a brand new elevator that took us right upstairs, and the space was decorated in a way that made us feel at home in Paris! Samuel was a communicative and friendly host who welcomed us into his home very nicely. The location is wonderful, Montmarte is so beautiful and the place is just a walk away from so many things to do. The building is old, however, so there were a bunch of noises at times but that didn’t really matter to us. We’d certainly come back!

The apartment is lovely and very well arranged; we slept soundly in the comfortable bed. We were able to cook and prepare meals in the kitchen. There was a great lemon press in the drawer; I asked Sophie where she had found it and she responded that hers had been a gift but she had seen them at BHV; we looked there and found one and I am extremely pleased with it! The view from the terrace is quite lovely though we had mostly cloudy/rainy days; I am sure it is stunning on a beautiful clear day and a very pleasant spot for eating outside when it is warm. We thoroughly enjoyed our ten days there.

Marc and his wife Corinna stand out as hosts of rare kindness. The accommodation they offer is a real very charming cocoon, which my dear companion and I greatly appreciated. We can only recommend them. Thank you so much to both of you.

Alberto was very responsive--especially when there was a slight problem with the wifi. He was able to call right away and get it fixed in no time. We also arrived late into the night for check-in and he was very clear about instructions for how to get in.

Elodie was an amazing host! We loved our stay. Waking up to the beautiful views and ending our evening watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle was breathtaking. Elodie's apartment made my trip of lifetime unforgettable and I will cherish the memories forever. A must stay. Beautifully beautiful, quiet location!! Everything was thought of. Fridge with juices, butter , jam and pudding. Cover yourself in theme for the children's beds. 😊 Very smooth communication as well. Top place!!

Frederic was a very welcoming, accommodating, very responsive and friendly host. In short, we highly recommend this great apartment and will come back without hesitation if we have a chance.

Travel for work, with children, it was really a reassuring and warm little cocoon to return to in the evening after visiting Paris

I stayed in Paris for 9 nights with my two daughters. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and parks nearby, so it's a safe and peaceful place. Kitchen utensils are well-equipped. The fridge is also big. The washing machine works well. There is a dish dryer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and various seasonings, so it's good for cooking. Laundry detergent is also equipped, so I used it comfortably for laundry. There were two beds, so there was plenty. There are also two TVs in the room and living room. The heating is good, so it's warm, and the hot water comes out well. There are also towels and plenty. The bathroom is clean and there is plenty of toilet paper. There is a lot of storage space, so it is good to organize your luggage, There was a drying rack, so I hung the laundry. Everything was provided, so I stayed comfortably like my own home. When using the subway, if you come out from Exit 4, it's close. The escalator is Exit 1. Please note if you have a lot of luggage ^ ^ If you ask for a scale, I gave it to you, so it was easy to weigh the carrier on the last day. It costs 2 euros when using the airport. We hope you are always healthy and happy. I am 100% intend to use it again next time I travel to Paris.

Communications with Julien and Nathalie very quick and easy. The house is gigantic, you don't know where to sleep. The lack of screens has not been felt among the children, as the house lends itself to a plethora of activities.

Aurélia and Bertrand are very welcoming very available very nice. the accommodation was at the top. we had a great stay. with pool jacuzzi hammock . The animals are adorable which made my daughter happy. The cuisine made by Aurélia is of quality with fresh products an address to keep. the next stay already planned with the girlfriends. thank you both for this stay which will remain memorable.

We booked both of Frederique’s places in Chaville for our group of 7 during the Olympics, split between the larger house and the smaller lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the centre of Chaville is a 10 minute walk away as are excellent transport links to Paris and Versailles. The house is right by the forest with its many trails. The swimming pool was a welcome bonus too. Would thoroughly recommend.

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

I stayed here with my wife and son . Vast very quiet estate, very large. It was a pleasure to walk around and the little one was thrilled. The little extra with the black sheep enclosure and the horses on the side at the entrance made their little effect . We had a pleasant stay. A haven of peace and quiet just a stone's throw from Paris . We strongly recommend to those who love the countryside , greenery and of course everything that goes with it..

This is a very charming apartment which was very spacious and gave room for us to work, with an adequate kitchen that had everything we needed. The house has a rustic feel to it, which is natural given its age, and very nice character. The stay was very comfortable and we would return and stay again in a heartbeat.

Very well located accommodation, 2 minutes walk from the metro and about 20-30 minutes from the various tourist sites. The accommodation is very secure with several keypads. Stéphanie is a very pleasant host, very responsive to our various requests. I would highly recommend
