Very clean, well appointed and very well located apartment, close to the thermal baths , the city center, historical sites, the market and shops . Very nice free parking. In short , a rental of excellent value for money.

Great stay at Martine's. I have never rented an apartment so well supplied with equipment (kitchen in particular) which is really very nice. The location in the center is perfect.

Christiane the landlord is very welcoming and pleasant. We immediately feel very comfortable. Nice, clean and well decorated apartment. Impeccable bedding. In addition it is very well located because shops and restaurants are nearby. I would highly recommend. J-louis

hello the accommodation very clean and compliant. very good for the washing machine essential. Annie is always attentive to us. but on the other hand a shame for the covered pool if I had known it before I don't think I would have come because with children was not easy to occupy them this season. because everything is closed except the Palmyra Zoo and La Rochelle Aquarium. otherwise area surely very pleasant in another season. for the location a little too tight. it rather gives a mobile home chain, it seems less friendly to me in the middle of the season. too impersonal for me. but I recognize for what loves there is everything on site for young and old. good luck . We had a lovely stay . The place is very quiet, very well equipped and Dominique is a thoughtful host. I highly recommend this beautiful place for a rest while enjoying the activities in the heart of the city .

We had a great stay in Royan, the apartment is ideally located and there is always a place to park on the street. The apartment was very clean and super well equipped. Audrey was available and very responsive to messages, (thank you so much for hosting😊). We would 100% recommend this listing!

Everything was perfect ,I'm coming back from this delighted week Martine is a very responsive charming person Very close to shops and the beach is really 200 m away ,you can put the car down and do anything on foot I highly recommend this cozy little nest with a beautiful, very modern decoration

Very welcoming, warm and responsive by message. Apartment matches the photos very close to the beach in a good location, only small downside it was a little dirty when we arrived (stain and dust on the floor) but nothing amazing either.

Totally amazing place with super kind, friendly, helpful hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Jo and Mark are fabulous and seem to love making your experience special. It’s so peaceful in the garden and the house whilst being really close to lots of restaurants.

A weekend for the end of the year, the apartment is clean and warm. Margot is a nice and responsive person. I would recommend it.

Wonderful stay in embellished. We had a pleasant week with the family (5 adults and 6 children). Everything is super well-equipped, both indoors and outdoors, full of games for children and adults. The pétanque court, swimming pool, ping pong table, billiards, children's sandboxes, several terraces, everything is there to have a great time together We'll come back without hesitation!

Laurent is a charming host, very welcoming and available. The house is very well equipped, the bedding is of good quality. We slept very well. Cozy, intimate and sunny terrace. We had a very pleasant stay in a quiet area close to beaches and shops, everything can be done on foot or by bike. Great value for the price Thanks Laurent!

Very nice welcome by Tatiana and Denis . Beautiful villa largely matches the photos and better in real life . The week went by so fast . Heated pool at 30 beautiful .jacuzzi nickel. The accommodation is very well equipped for cooking . The beds are perfect mattresses at the top, clean and clean sheets and towels. Outdoor rest area perfect for disconnecting , I read a few hours on the mattresses …. Tatiana and Denis are right next door so very responsive if worries Large car parking. I can't wait to come back soon .

We had a lovely stay with the family, the accommodation is full of charm, the outside and access to the pool are very nice. Caroline was very welcoming, always available, we really appreciated her kindness as well as that of her family. We stayed with our two kids and our dog, everything was perfect. Nice region that made us want to come back again next year!
