The house was very clean and tidy, the tavern and the beach close to the house are very nice. We had a great time in the garden, it is a very safe area for children, it was great to watch the stars at night. There is a small market in Scala, 7-8 km nearby for those who go, it is only necessary to pay attention to the siesta time.

We stayed at Ms. Gülay's house for 1 week. We opted for September for a peaceful holiday. The location of the house was great and close to everything. Since it was our first time in Ayvalık, we had a hard time finding the house, but the host personally found us and walked us to the house. He was friendly and polite. When we needed help, she provided quick solutions and solved our problem. Although the house is normally for 2-3 people, we stayed 4 with the permission of the host. The house was large enough. You can have a barbecue in the backyard and have nice dinners. Since there are stone walls in the garden, we preferred to wash the garden and spend time there in the evenings to cool off. In addition, there is a kitten who comes to the backyard, we named it Koruk, a very mischievous and cute, I hope it gets along well with the next guests. My only criticism of the house is that if you go in the middle of summer, the fan upstairs may not be enough. It was enough for September. We had a wonderful week. Thanks to the host ❣️

The location of the house was within driving distance to the Dikili center. If you just want to go to the sea and have a quiet and peaceful holiday, it is in a convenient location. A very clean 3-story house in the compound. There is all the necessary stuff for cooking at home. Every room comes with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, but if you want to sit in the open area, there are only plastic tables and chairs in a small area. Apart from that, there is an area like a winter garden, there are mosquito nets everywhere and you can sit comfortably without being exposed to flies. The compound has its own beach and sun loungers. There is also a shower and dressing cabin. When he went on vacation, he also said where to swim in the sea and give money to the beach. We drove to the sea and had a small child. But those who like to walk can walk. It is 2-3 km away from the mini markets. The sea is beautiful, the environment is beautiful. If we go again, we'll stay in the same place again.

The location of the house was great, very close to everything and the central location where you can reach everything you want at any hour, the host definitely helps with everything and the house was immaculate, it was perfect to spend time in the back courtyard, calm and quiet provided a very nice holiday experience

Well… how can one start … I had the best time and experience staying in Antonaras & Dimitris’ house. Dimitris met me when I came with the taxi at midnight and showed me inside, and was always (always!) available for me and my needs. I found myself extending stay 4 times and I enjoyed the stay to the outmost extent. I felt at home, it was perfect for me and my usage. I had a motorcycle so going down and up in the village was super easy. Dimitris treated me like his son and was super attentive to me whenever I needed him. I will definitely come back to stay with Antonaras and Dimitris.

Loved the spot, very quiet and yet minutes from everything one would need. The town is so lovely with several nice restaurants and a wonderful GeoPark to visit. Host was always available and responsive. Would definitely recommend

A bit hard to find but as soon as we got there we felt at home. Their welcome was incredible, we got fresh baked biscuits, amazing croquets and fresh figs. The house is nice and clean, 15 minutes away from the beach walking and 15 mins away from Mitimni by car. Is a great spot if you want a calm environment but still close to the touristic places

The house and surroundings exceeded our expectations! It is beautiful, clean and comfortable, located in a secluded spot but very close to the beach and shops of Skala Eressou by car. We enjoyed our stay very much and will try to return in the future. Thank you Pavlos and family!

We stayed at Stratis’ beautiful house in Agios Isidoros, and it was a fantastic experience. The house is stunning, and the neighbors, Our neighbors, Aris and his wife Triantafylia, are wonderful people who helped and guided us throughout our stay. Aris even let us pick fresh vegetables from his garden. Their dogs, Menios and Babinu, are incredibly friendly—I was almost tempted to take Babinu home with me! The house was spotless and well-equipped, with everything we needed. It’s just a 9-minute walk to the beautiful beach and a nearby mini-market. We enjoyed dinner at the tavernas in Plomari almost every night, but it was also great to have the option to cook at home. One of the unique features of the house is the pool, which allowed us to relax anytime during the day. I was tempted not to share all these details to keep this place a secret, but that would be unfair to our kind host. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Mr. Hüseyin and Mr. Ramazan took very good care of me and my family. We felt like we were in our own home. They brought all the supplies and household items we wanted. They were very kind people, we will definitely stay much longer next time. It's a neighborhood to stay in without a doubt. Close to the garlic beach and 1-2 minutes to Küçükköy bazaar.

Quiet, clean, a beautiful location with the Aegean at your front door. Terra Cotta is located next to a wonderful restaurant, food is delish, and there is a swimming pool to lounge by. A short walk or taxi ride into Molivos. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful! I’d stay there again!

Ms. Aslihan, from the booking process to the check-out, we were grateful for her due to her interest, kindness and solution focus. Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it. The area of the house does not disturb the heat even in the heat of the summer. There's everything a family needs in the house. Thank you for everything, Ms. Aslihan.

We felt like we are staying in our house. Fatih is a great host, he responded all our questions quickly. House was so chill and spending time near the pool was amazing.

We had a very nice holiday with our large group of friends. You can have a peaceful and beautiful holiday with your family or group of friends. We had no issues with the house and the host. Some of the places we would consider going back to.

First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions

The host was extremely helpful and responsive, walked us through every moment of our stay and provided suggestions when needed with a very kind approach, the apartment was very clean and cozy and we felt right at home aside from the apartment being so close to the city center and shops which made it easier for as to get around. Would recommend a stay here.

I would like to thank Mr. Erdal for his hospitality and for the additional amenities and support he provided outside of the accommodation. I am also happy to have the opportunity to stay and offer in a house with such a beautiful view due to the marriage proposal. The location of the house is central and the fireplace fire, which has been lit for a long time due to the fact that it is always open, it could not come out due to the season. The view and airy are the biggest plus, and I would like to thank the host again for being a perceptive guest. A place to stay with peace of mind. And enjoy the view all the time.

Great accommodation! An entire house, well equipped, clean, kids friendly, near to super market, restaurants and near to Vatera beach as well. Hosts really friendly, welcomed us with a plate of fresh melon. We would definitely choose the same place to stay in a future trip to Mytilini island. Thank you very much, Joanna!!

Here we experienced the Turkish hospitality. Gizem welcomed us with local coffee and sweets. The apartment was spacious, light and clean. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. As it was winter, we appreciated them. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The blanket was very warm so we even slept with A/C turned off. Kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet. During our stay we had just one issue. There was no hot water in the shower and the owner proposed to take shower in another apartment, on the same floor. We accepted this situation as we didn’t want, for couple of reasons, to search and change the apartment. Besides this, it was a pleasant stay. And Gizem was always there to help.

We had a great time at the house. The quiet, private and calm environment was what we needed. The access to the small beach and the big dining table in the "private garden" added a lot to the whole experience of our stay there. We will visit again for sure!

Mr. Okan and his wife Özgür were very caring until we left the first day of our stay and provided every opportunity they could to make us feel at home. As a family, they were very friendly and friendly. Although it wasn't included in our stay, they made us a fabulous breakfast table for the duration of our stay when we asked for extra breakfast. Mr. Okan gave us very nice directions about the environment until he arrived and left. He showed us the places where we could buy natural products such as Olive Oil,Cheese,Butter, which the families in the village made to them. Their small daughter Ayşe was very pleasant to talk and friendly. Thank you so much for opening their homes to us with our two Dogs. When we wanted to stay in Balabanlı, we had a 2nd house. We will always visit this beautiful family.

Tufan and his family were so sweet, welcoming and hospitable. They gave us lots of recommendations for the area and spoiled us with homemade biscuits and coffee. On our last day we shared a meal and had a lovely time listening to music. They made is feel very much at home.

Iakovos was an amazing host and the studio is perfect! Iakovos was very responsive and consistently communicated when there were any updates about my stay. The studio is in the most perfect location, close to everything you could need, and it has all of the appliances you need right there in the apartment. I will surely be recommending this property to any one visiting Mytilini.
