We loved the cottage. It's even better than the photos. Everything is fresh, clean and very stylish. You can see that everything was curated with love and made as if it were for yourself. In addition, the cottage has a large number of dishes — you can prepare everything you need. There is a stove, dishwasher, oven. There is a fire pit on the property where you can prepare food on the fire. It's incredibly quiet and beautiful around. We saw deer in the morning. It's a wonderful place with beautiful walking paths in the area.

This was a great stay while visiting family in Nowy Sącz! Clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Małgorzata was very helpful and all the basic necessities for the stay were there. we would definitely recommend!

We loved staying at Bozenas place. The house was spacious, neat and comfortable. The garden was absolutely magical and the view was terrific. Our children really enjoyed the playground and secluded firepit with the bbq facilities. Bozena was extremely kind and friendly and we were made to feel right at home. We would definitely love to return on our next trip to Poland and highly recommend it. 😍

A cozy cottage with really everything you need, a quiet neighborhood, which gives you the opportunity to completely disconnect from the world. The cottage was very clean and great contact with the owner! I highly recommend this place.

I am from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼but currently living in Poland🇵🇱, and I must say this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The apartment was spotless, the host was excellent, and we had the entire place to ourselves with very big rooms. Traveling with two children was a breeze as the games provided were amazing and kept them entertained. The view was beautiful, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary cutlery, including plenty of plates. We were so comfortable that we even considered extending our stay. Highly recommend this place!”

great communication and lovely place

the place is wonderful, the neighborhood is quiet, quiet, surrounding nature, you can meet many wild animals. We were able to spot a herd of about 30 deer that walked right next to our cottage, we saw them from behind the glass, something beautiful! The cottage itself is wonderful, warm, climatic rooms, large bathroom, super TV, comfortable couch. Well-equipped rooms, you can find a lot of board games and children's books, which is rare. If I was with a child, this place would definitely love it. A kitchen equipped with a lot of things, a hot tub heated from the beginning. live, not to die! from the drawbacks one burner of the electric stove, we didn't mind for the weekend, but if I were to be there for a week, it should be rather poorly cooked on one burner. and above all cleanliness. However, this does not change the fact that the place is wonderful and for sure if I have the opportunity, I will come back to it and recommend it to everyone

A place to stay in a quiet environment, matches the description and photos! :)

Great location not far from the main shopping street & restaurants. Clean apartment, one large room with dining table, one small room with single sofa/bed. Kitchen was small but functional and had everything we needed. No oven though, just induction hob & microwave. Parking behind the apartment was very limited/ tight (local residents etc), but we managed to park on the path, blocking the steps sometimes without an issue, i had hire car with full insurance so had no worries 😀 . Parking free at front on weekends (was busy though). Not far from a Lidl 😀 beware though, need to register your car for 1hr free parking

The stay was amazing. Mariusz is super responsibe and helpful, the place is better than the images and very clean. The only two things that we wish we had there was internet for the TV and adjustable temperature. But in rest everything was more than expected! Definitely recommend the place !

A magical cottage in a fairytale location. From the windows and balcony you can enjoy a stunning view on the mountains and valley while sipping a morning coffee. The house has everything you need, and its interior is very cozy and beautiful, with attention to detail. There is a wood burner inside, which creates warm homely feeling. The house is located far away from everything, with only few houses around. Close to the house there is a forest with lots of trekking routes. The hosts are very helpful, and always available: they picked us up from a nearby parking and drove us to the house, gave us maps with information about the surrounding areas. We already recommended this place to many friends and will definitely want to come back.

Very atmospheric and beautiful cabin with the entire plot, perfect for a long weekend. The owner is very kind and open and takes care of a great stay.

I would like to strongly recommend this particular house with jacuzzi and the communication within the host was on excellent level. Host very helpful in any questions we had . The house very clean , well organized , parking included. Quiet peaceful area for both adults getaway and family vacations . Very comfortable beds and we found everything we needed to cook some breakfast in the kitchen . I will definitely recommend this place to my friends . Thanks so much for the cottage space. The Host took care of us from the beginning when we arrived on the property. Flexibility for and checkout. The home is well thought out and comfortable for all people. The bale and sauna were a wonderful addition. To summarize, I recommend you wholeheartedly.

Private space in a house where the owners live. Private entrance and well equipped room. Parking right next to the house. The owners are accommodating and accommodated us in what we needed. In winter, the floor is colder and cold, but it is possible to use a small heater. It doesn't burn in the bathroom. The driveway is more for cars with higher chassis, it is not paved, must be careful here.

Very charming place, close to the lake and beach where you can do many water sports. The apartment is clean, comfortable, with access to its own grill, which you could use freely. Effortless contact with the lovely service of the property. For this price, it is a definite gem among apartments on Lake Żywiec :)
