Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Lewes District

What can I say about this special place other than thank you for sharing it with us. We had a wonderful weekend in Brighton and this stunning property was the icing on the cake. We were all blown away by how beautiful it was and how comfortable. We will definitely be back and have recommended it to lots of people already. Thank you so much for having us and hope to come back soon.

Wonderful place to stay! Host was very helpful with finding the place (it is a basement flat so was hard to find at first). Pristine place and lovely decor! Perfect location as the town was only a 15min walk and a 2 min walk to beach! I would definitely recommend this place

great apartment is well located

Great little flat right in the heart of things and near the seafront. Very comfortable and clean. Host very considerate with tea, coffee, milk and cake to greet us. Kitchen well equipped.

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

We had a lovely stay at Parsonage Farm. The surroundings were beautiful and it was peaceful. The place itself had all the amenities we needed and described. It was also a great place for us to bring our dog. One thing I’d recommend is to bring a torch if you have a dog as you need to walk to the wooded area (only few steps away) for toilet breaks and in the night phone torches aren’t strong enough.

This house is lovely - exceeded all our expectations!! We agreed it might be the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The house is beautiful - great layout with the cinema room downstairs and upstairs with the bedrooms there was a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bath (super useful for toddler). The whole place felt very thoughtfully put together. And so clean!! The beds were also very comfortable. The location is really great - near enough to walk into centre. Also near to kemptown and the beach. Lots of great places down near the beach to hang out, especially with the toddler - including Peter Pan playground, yellowave, bison bar. The street itself is also lovely and quiet. Fiona was very helpful and super responsive. Any questions we had were answered very fast! Overall it was a really wonderful stay and we are hoping we can come back to stay again soon

We loved our stay at Sam’s home when we visited during the Brighton Marathon weekend. Lots of modern equipment in the kitchen to enable us to cook meals to enjoy on the fabulous terrace. The sea views are absolutely tremendous from the garden and bedrooms at the back of the house. We initially had issues working the tv in the lounge and Sam was very responsive to help us get it working over the phone. If we had to make a couple of improvements then it would have been great to have had king sized beds and perhaps a better selection of towels. The parking was difficult as we had 3 cars and a couple of the neighbours told us to move but we found parking further down the road so it was no problem. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again, thank you so much.

Our group had a fantastic stay at Peter's house - it's a truly beautiful property set in a brilliant location, close to local amenities, bars, resaturants & the beach. Perfect for big groups, we were blown away by the size of the rooms. The games & cinema rooms are a nice touch, particualrly if the weather is below par. The house was spotless on arrival, and everything in working order (tv, appliances etc). A few things that were missing but certainly not major: - the house could do with a welcome pack with info on Worthing, house info (i.e Wi-Fi login) - a few utitlies were missing (soap/shower gel in each bathroom, kitchen dishcloth). On informing Peter he offered to drop these round/reimburse the cost which was very kind. - the listing says Parking is free, though we struggled to find any within walking distance, so used the local ulti-storey carpark (3min walk). - it would be great if there was recycling These were minor inconviences & didnt detract from a great weekend.

I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. Quiet location, apartment feels safe as it's in a building with intercom. Few minutes walk from the town centre.

I stayed at the Mermaid Inn for 2 nights on a much needed retreat to get some writing done, and couldn't have stayed in a more perfect place. The flat is cosy and comfortable, with big windows and sea views. Everything you need to be self sufficient is there, and it was a wonderful space to find peace and quiet. The sea is a 10 minute walk, and it's about 15 minutes into the centre of Brighton so all very accessible. I would definitely recommend a stay at Lol's for calm and relaxation close to the sea.

The flat is nice and quiet and has balcony overlooking part of the marina water, which is also peaceful and well kept. Easy parking and feels secure. We like to walk so the walk to town was no big deal but if you need bus or cab it’s easy and there is also the Volks Railway along the seafront. Pubs and restaurants in the marina are good especially Bella Napoli and Tavus lounge and grill - Wetherspoons for a cheap drink and Asda too for supplies. I can highly recommend this flat and its location. The agents - Brand Vaughan - who dealt with it were very very helpful and lovely to deal with.

Myself and family had a great stay here, a 30 second walk to the seafront and lively atmosphere surrounding us, would definitely stay here again. Sowmya was extremely helpful and responded promptly to all messages. The check in/out process was super easy too. Thanks once again Sowmya!!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. A great spot and easy to get around. The use of a bike was fantastic too. The garage was a little tight for my 4x4 so appreciated the alternative parking arrangements. Suzanne in the office was helpful with ideas of things to do locally - thank you. Recommend this place to stay.
