What a find in Columbia! Thoughtfully renovated, loads of historic charm, modern updates, well-appointed and walking distance to shopping and dining. Our host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond with recommendations around town. If you're looking for a place with real character in Columbia's historic downtown, this is it!

I only take my time out and write a review when it’s more than worth it. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Came from out of state for a military graduation and Kim property felt right at home. Very quiet, friendly and clean property. Kim was very helpful and friendly. She was prompt with responding to my concern’s when needed. Highly recommend and would choose to stay here again if I were to visit again!

Our family was there for a graduation. We were very happy with the spacious apartment. We did not realize it was a second floor walk up but we were fine with that. The pool was great. The neighbors were all friendly and kind. The area was quiet abs super close to everything and about 10 minutes to the military base. Thank you for a great stay.

I really loved this house. Everything from the beautiful back yard and it's birds to all the latest appliances and comfy couches. I've stayed in almost 20 homes and this was my favorite. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Thank you Randy and family.

We so enjoyed staying in Louise's beautiful home. She is such a gracious host and made us feel so comfortable. She is very communicative and we knew everything that we needed to know about our stay. The yard and lake are so beautiful. I felt like my breathing slowed down and my muscles released as soon as we pulled in each time. We were visiting my daughter at USC, so we were on campus a lot. I would love to go back to spend more time relaxing there. It was just a perfect stay!
