Family-friendly holiday rentals in Licata

We had a very nice time at the Tenuta Carabollace, enjoying the beautiful place where each corner is carefully arranged, the great view and magical sand beach with very clean water 5 min from the house. Everything you need as a family with kids is offered at the place -from beach /pool toys to a washing machine and beautiful domestic animals. Can highly recommend the place and hope to be able to come back another time.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The property itself is excellently run and quite a unique set up. Each of the multiple properties on site has a good space attached so feels private but combined with a friendly, communal atmosphere. The shared area around the pool was well maintained and ample space for all. Our favourite part of the stay was the many bits of thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The apartment had all the basics needed so we were comfortable from arrival (coffee, milk, basic cooking supplies etc) and beyond that a homemade cake! There were toys and beach supplies at the pool. Plenty of activities and lots of character and interesting features around the grounds to keep us and our 3 year old daughter entertained. It felt like a good space where those with kids could enjoy themselves but those without could still have a peaceful break. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our time at Carla and Agostino's place. Super friendly and warm hosts, great place that exceeded our expectations, beautiful surroundings. It was a dream come true! We will be happy to come back!

Everything is perfect here! We were a group of four adults and two small children. We only used the ground floor of the house. The pool is perfect for children and served well also for us adults after hours at the beach. The location of the house is ultimate - everything is within walking distance, supermarket, the beach and the nice little piazza with the (very good) drinks, the gelato and the perfect espresso. And it is, unlike some other houses we have stayed at, easy to walk there, no heavy traffic, even some sidewalks! The beach promenade is more or less a pedestrian area. A bar/street food place of excellent quality is the Baqqala in the harbour area - sit there for a quick lunch or buy a fish sandwich take away. Excellent wines too. We will for sure come back!

A lovely little hideaway in the centre of Caltagirone's old town. Only 2 minute's walk from the Scalinata di Santa Maria del Monte and all the historic sites as well as restaurants, and cafes. The place is perfect for a weekend get-away for two. Clean, quiet, comfy bed, and you wake up to a fantastic view over the rooftops of Caltagirone. Donatella picked us up from the station and pointed out all the important sites on the way to the apartment. She was always ready to answer our questions and offer help. We highly recommend the apartment.

Our favorite place that we have stayed in Sicily. A retreat from the busy cities but close enough to go and see tourist attractions, the beach and eat wonderful food. We loved sitting quietly and reading as well as walking around the home and of course, the outdoor bbq. Perfect place to eat bbq sunset meals and listen to nature. We felt well cared for, the cottage had everything we needed, recommendations were excellent. Make sure to visit the bakery in Santa Rita! Caltanisetta was also a welcoming and beautiful place. Thank you so much, we hope to return and stay much longer!

It was a perfect stay, the apartment is huge, especially for two persons...it was fully equipped, every room is air-conditioned, and parking is easy and comfortable in the private car-park. Beach is really close, few minutes walk. Communication with host was good, but check-in and greeting are managed by Antonietta, the neighbour, who is the kindest person in the world...We would return for sure, definitely deserves the five stars!!

Wonderful peaceful place. It is a simple and a bit rustic space but the location, the silence, the ocean waves, the nature around it are just beautiful. Exactly what you need to disconnect. You need a car to get there and away but if you have it its also well located to visit sights around and you have wonderful beaches close by. Girolamo and his son Alonso made everything very easy and were quick to respond any question. We would definitely like to come again.

Stefania's hospitality was already remarkable before even arriving at Agrigento by her warm-hearted way of texting and she replied almost instantly. Then she topped that up by picking us up from the train station by car and showing us the apartment personally. Stefania was always available and eager to help us with anything - from renting a car/scooter to recommendations for food and sights. We couldn't have wished for a better host! Regarding the apartment, it is even more beautiful and cozy than in the pictures. The arrangement is perfect for two people. The bathroom is equipped with towels, a hairdryer, shampoo and soap. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking small meals as well as italian breakfast for a few days provided by Stefania for her guests. There also is a laundry rack! (very useful for wet towels and bikinis after a day at the beach). Following some stairs down the narrow streets, you can easily reach the main road, Via Atenea, within 5 minutes :)

In this wonderful ambience, in the middle of a huge piece of land full of magnificent plants and well-kept surroundings, the stay was very relaxing. The apartment was clean, conveniently furnished and stocked with magnificent Assecoire. Particularly noteworthy is the hospitality of the owners. Many food items, such as coffee, water, breakfast ingredients and even a sweet surprise had been provided for us. Thank you so much! It was perfect. Incidentally, the communication worked very quickly and easily.

We had a great stay with Lorenzo and Fransesca. Super nice welcoming hosts in a little private house on the property with an amazing view. We were spoiled with the owners wine and olive oil from their own production. Pool area was super nice and calm. Our place was well furnished with good cooking pans, furniture, nice plates etc…decorated with taste. Host always ready to help with any question. We felt very welcome. A place that we highly recommend if you look for peace and quiet in a beautiful environment.

Wonderful accommodation, beautiful landscapes, a haven of peace. We love animals and her beautiful dog made us company throughout our stay. Martina and Michele are super attentive and hospitable, making us feel very comfortable and always attentive to anything we might need. We are very grateful! I will be back without hesitation!!

Martino's apartment is very beautiful. We loved the refreshing pool after a warm October day visiting The Valley of the Temples in nearby Agrigento. Everything is very clean and luxurious. Martino made checking in very smooth, and the signage to find the apartment is so helpful. The kitchen is small but works for easy meals. The apartment is equipped with a Murphy bed if you are traveling with children so does not have a sofa in the living room. The view from the apartment is spectacular. Martino is a great host.
