Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Licking County

We had a group of ladies from around the state, everyone said they would absolutely come back to the property again! We arrived and it was incredibly clean, smelled amazing and was setup for our bachelorette perfectly! Laura was responsive, helpful and went above and beyond. The pool and hot tub were perfect and so relaxing. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms extremely clean and everything you could ever need in the home.. bug spray, beach towels, pool floats, kitchen appliances (toaster, many coffee choices, etc). We hope to be back for another weekend at Laura’s rental!

I love this cottage house. I had previously been here once before a year prior. I had contacted Janet because I had a family emergency in Columbus and I had to travel from St. Louis with almost no money. She graciously agreed to offer me a very discounted rate to stay here while I dealt with my family emergency. Luckily everything turned out fine. I’m so grateful for her. I would’ve been homeless in snowy and freezing temperatures while dealing with a family emergency. And her house cottage is always so beautiful and clean and comfortable. She even went so far as to get me a seat for the shower because I can’t stand in showers anymore. I really hope I have the chance to come back to visit when I have the money. I’m so thankful for Janet. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her.

Barb was really quick when the heat went out to get it fixed within the hour. Very quick with response. This place was super clean and very homey!

We absolutely loved the place! Quiet neighborhood, walkable restaurants and bars, private backyard, and close to a beautiful lake. The home was clean and we'll organized, as well as well stocked. We plan to come again next year!

Clean space, had all the amenities needed to cook meals. Would stay here again.

What a lovely home!!! Good eateries nearby and beautiful location. My guests and I loved staying here, very comfy and cozy. Plenty of space to spread out and COMFY beds! We enjoyed how quiet it was but a quick stroll away from some good eats or a nice view. Great house! We would love to come back again

Great place to stay downtown Johnstown. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The loft apartment was very neatly decorated, super clean and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Mollie was a great host. she made the space very homey and provided everything you could think of. Shower was a little small - fine for me but not much room for my husband. Very clean and warm stay for mid February visit.

We had a great time at Polly’s place. It was calm, clean and a wonderful place to recharge. We especially appreciated the toys and high hair for our kids. We look forward to potentially staying again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute guest home while in town for a swim meet at Denison. The location felt peaceful and quiet yet it was minutes to campus and town. The kitchen was well stocked and the place had all the comforts of home, including a nice work space.

Beautiful space. Juice, yogurt, coffee, cereal and a small loaf of homemade bread were such a lovely surprise! It is very close to Otterbein Sr Living which is a huge plus. The hosts were very accomodating, the space was perfect for our needs. I would like to stay again in warmer weather to use the fire pit and enjoy the lovely back yard!
