The house is really nicely decorated and with the garden and large property it was really a very nice place to stay. The private tennis court is also worth a lot. I would recommend anyone who is still considering choosing this property! Nik is super nice and the caretaker Lirim is also really nice! Totally beautiful holiday!

Nice location, nestled in the hills of Rimini. Very spacious house, perfect for large groups. More than functional bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with spaces and tools perfect for those who love to cook. Large living room with a great impact. Enjoyable outdoor area with patio, and jacuzzi to be used in summer. Available and courteous hosts. Smart TV and wide selection of board games appreciated. The supply of basic cooking ingredients is very useful.

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

We spent a few days with my wife and the dog in Riccardo's property and the experience was exceptional . Wide spaces , perfectly equipped apartment, personal garden, friendly environment,...how to be at home . Yuma also really appreciated it:) and it's a place we'd love to come back to . We spent almost two weeks in a beautiful place. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. Surrounded by a nice park, a large pool, and a great place to relax. Shops, patiseries, pizzerias, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Very quick to get to Ravenna. Thank you very much Loredana and Giorgio for providing us with a very pleasant stay. We would love to return to this place.

A pleasant stay in this beautiful, large and comfortable home. The property was very clean, nothing was missing, indeed the hostess Ms. Vanessa, left us milk, croissants, jam. A loving person. We will definitely be back and I recommend it for a nice stay in this beautiful home.

We had a very comfortable stay at Angela's place. The apartment is in a very quiet area; it is very clean, cared for and equipped with every comfort. We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family

We were in Cattolica for the MotoGP and Cristina and her accommodation were perfect for our mini vacation. The 4 bicycles available were super useful for us to reach the circuit, the perfect house for 4 and equipped with every comfort, very close to the center that we reached on foot! Kind, friendly and available for everything! We'll be back for sure! Thank you so much!

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

We were so lovingly received and the time of our arrival from Milan was updated again especially for us. The place was so wonderfully large, bright, clean, modern and chic. Very conveniently located on foot and by car. Very good air conditioning! The landlords gave us many discounts for Bagnio, food activities. Bed linens, soap, towels, shampoo were available like a very good hotel. The kitchen is fantastically equipped. Supermarket, restaurants, beach all immediately within walking distance. We were very happy there and would love to live there forever.

The house is really very nice, as in the description, well maintained, clean, equipped with everything you need. The garden, fenced, is well maintained and the view from the porch is truly relaxing. Mauro is a very kind host and always available. We had a really great time and hope to be back soon.
