Responsible host, highly recommended

Hello , my review already shows that we were very happy. The house corresponded to the description , it was clean and in a prime location . Just a few notes : 1. Although there is a TV, only Italian reception . 2. Some accessories would make the overall picture more homely [ pictures ; wall clock etc. ] 3. Dish towels were missing for the laundry package. 4 There are no egg cups. 5. Nightside lamps are missing -- > However, we received one immediately upon request. Kind regards

The cottage we lived in is located in a very quiet area, close to the beach (200 meters). Parking just below the house. It is also easy to get to Venice by ferry. Rooms have very comfortable beds. Giorgia was very helpful. We highly recommend this host.

The house is 100% recommended by us. Thanks for the welcome gifts! It's all as described. A large and quiet house but still central. Prepared with a lot of love for detail and art. Kitchen was also fully equipped. We had the entire house incl. 4 bikes available. We felt very comfortable.

Nice, quiet apartment that matches the description. Various, good shopping as well as butchers, restaurants and hairdressers right around the corner. Beach within walking distance (public and beach rental), short way to the ferry, about 15 minutes to Venice (St. Mark's Square). Nice, quiet environment, nice neighbors and residents; for younger people there are good offers in the evening in the area where you can have a drink. In the garden you can make yourself comfortable, against mosquitoes it is recommended to use the smoke coils and anti-mosquito spray. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need for a vacation. Very pleasant check-in and the apartment is well prepared, so you can start your vacation directly.

The house is the perfect getaway for a city trip to Venice. It is in a very quiet street, has its own parking space in front of the door and the fenced garden is very safe for a dog or children. The house itself is comfortable, clean and complete. Each room has its own private air conditioning which was a blessing during our hot stay. Around the corner from the street stops every 12 minutes a tram that takes you directly to Piazzale Roma: ideal! In the direct surroundings, there are eateries, but also supermarkets. But unique about this stay is the host. Host Claudio is a true super host! He speaks both English and Italian, is incredibly friendly, accessible and helpful and is immediately there for you if you need anything. Upon arrival, be sure to ask him for tips because as an art and culture lover he knows how to tell you all the highlights of Venice. Claudio finds it very important that his guests lack nothing. Highly recommended!!

We really appreciated the location of the house, the nature, the 😊 very relaxing rooster song. Nerella is adorable and advises guests, the accommodation is 10 minutes from the train station where you can take the train to Venice in 11 minutes and for €1.50!!! Nerella is very attentive 👍 Grazie mille!!🌹

This house and the location were even better than expected. The view of Venice from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We wanted to never leave - the house was extremely clean and we really enjoyed the sauna and steam. The walk to the water taxi was only 10 minutes away and flat - easy to get to Venice in just a few minutes. We would love to come back some day and Barbara and Fabio were very easy to stay in touch with and helped us get a water taxi from the train station to the house so we could conveniently arrive with our group of 7 and luggage. Thank you so much!

Great stay and experience. This beautiful home can sleep a lot of people. Great host who was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

pros: place is large and accommodates large groups very well. very convenient to local shops and stores. Quick drive to historic Venice. very quiet and safe area. con: key situation takes some getting used to, can't unlock gate without shutting power off to entire place. having to remove electrical keys means no ability to charge electronics while not there. and one group of people can't leave with key, and keep power on at home.

Our first visit to Venice and also last stop of a 10-days Italy trip, and I’m glad I chose to stay in Lido instead of busy central Venice. Lido island is quiet with lovely beaches, and walkable or you can catch the bus easily. Venice is 35 minutes away on a water bus and 1hr to Burano. The villa is impeccable - right on the waterfront with beautiful views of Venice at a distance and other surrounding islands. A perfect spot to enjoy the sunset on a clear day with a glass of Prosecco (offered by the host). Cleanliness, interior decorations, the sauna, washer and dryer…. All 5 💫 ⭐️ We are grateful for Fabio and Barbara’s warm and welcoming hospitality. We’d definitely come back.

Our family vacation at the villa was just amazing. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach. The shopping nearby was excellent, so we could get everything you need quickly and comfortably. The villa is beautifully decorated and the room layout was perfect for 12 people. The garden and terrace of the villa were also generously designed and offered plenty of space for the children to play and for us adults to relax.

The place is a gem. A real Venetian villa with history and charm. - For the price, this villa is a bargain. The hostess friendly and very nice. The location is excellent and no longer beating at Lido If you book the villa, you should be aware that the furniture and the decoration is partly very high quality. (Beware of children is appropriate). In total, the villa conveys an overall experience that you rarely find it!

I am always looking for beautiful houses to enjoy time with friends when I return to Italy for a few days, with this villa we have reached the highest level of luxury, given above all by the presence of many rooms and many bathrooms. We'll definitely be back

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

The Villa was lovely and spacious! The pool really made it, it was fantastic. Sandra was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. Enjoyed our Italy trip. Would thoroughly recommend. 👍🏻
