This is a cozy villa on the edge of the spa town with a very elegant garden where squirrels come in in the morning for food.The hiking trail entrance from the spa is 100m away and you can climb the mountain at your leisure in the morning.There is also a big supermarket next to it, which is very convenient.Ten minutes walk to the center of the spa.

It was a lovely weekend in Maastricht and having such a perfectly located flat helped a lot! We could walk everywhere and still enjoyed a peaceful sleep at night. The room itself is lovely and José was super helpful and responsive plus very friendly. So all in all, a perfect weekend 😊

Great accommodation to rent as a family with young children. Cozy retro, adapted to (small) children with a large amount of toys, board games and original/nicely decorated spaces.

Impeccable and very nice place! I had a little trouble with my car and Bruno helped me without any problem. I will return with great pleasure.

We stayed at Fred’s for a mid-week in december 2021. His house is very central and allows you to go by foot to restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the fireplace at night while listening to his extensive music collection.

Pierre and Florence are very welcoming. They live right next door, which allows for great flexibility in arrivals and departures. The place is nice, it's warm and much less impersonal than what I've visited before. The neighborhood is moving a lot, there are local shops at the end of the street. I was able to easily catch the bus to the train station, the city center of Liège.

We had a great stay at Mia’s place, it was easy to find and the house was very spacious and easy to find. Great house to stay at, has all the necessary amenities and easy check in. Enjoyed our stay, easy to reach Maastricht.

Lovely house! Very cosy, three bedrooms in an up and coming area. Lot’s of toys which our daugther (4) and son (1) loved!

We loved this house! It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities. The location was perfect-right in one of the cutest Maastricht neighborhoods!We walked everywhere-to great shopping, restaurants, clubs and parks. Every morning, we would wake up and stroll along the river to try different cafes. The hosts were incredible. We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived in the Christmas period and only entering the street is already a huge party. All the white cottages, with nice lighting great! Lia and Marcel also had the house nicely decorated for Christmas. This immediately gave a warm homely feeling. The bed on the 1st floor was lovely, attic was a little harder we heard from our godchild. The kitchen is really full of comforts and since my husband had a birthday, I could also bake a cake for him. In short, super nice. Also nice base for us for family visits in Heerlen/Landgraaf but we have also been to the Christmas markets in Valkenburg. Definitely recommended!

Dorus was an amazing host, making sure we were going to arrive well and protectively made instructional videos, and left an amazing warm welcome package! He even didn't intend on opening his place up but changed is mind just to make our holidays and allow us a beautiful stay in Maastricht. Finally, he gave us recommendations for things to visit around, which we heeded, and did not regret. Dorus knows his stuff!

Best location possible. Entry was super easy which was perfect for a late arrival. House was warm and cozy on arrival, welcoming after a cold travel day. Rooms were immaculate and amenities were perfect. Owner was extremely responsive. We loved the location for proximity to all the local sights and it was on a quiet side street. Free public parking was only a 7 minute walk with luggage, closer paid parking 2 minute walk. If we go back we would absolutely stay here. Loved the local guides in several languages.

We spent a weekend in the JB house with my fiancé, we had a very good time, the place is clean and welcoming, in terms of comfort, the house provides you with all the amenities to feel as comfortable as possible. Note 10, we will definitely come back ! 😊
