Charming house 40km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small side room individually for us, for friends and guests. Some are modern, others have the charm of past times. Much seems coherent to us, some is still in the process of becoming. So nothing is standard. What has not yet been considered by us and is useful for guests, can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the farm edge, so is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The approx. 50 sqm large living area (of 140 sqm) is so beautiful that you want to spend the whole holiday inside: oak floors, old wooden beams, cozy sitting area, very well equipped kitchen, large dining area, garden view, fireplace. You can enjoy the large natural garden alone. The ground floor is equipped for the disabled. Bedroom;shower room. In the attic are two bedrooms, also with shower room. There is a sauna for 4 people with a corresponding wet area.

Wonderful space in the expanses of the Uckermark

Small holiday home in the Uckermark on a historic farm in a secluded location. The house is designed very openly, it has two floors and a sleeping gallery. Best suited for 2 people. Third sleeping space available. Comfortable and tastefully equipped. Large idyllic farm garden to relax. The farm is very quiet on a dirt road on the edge of a nature reserve. Plenty of lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle in the immediate vicinity.

The house on the outskirts of the village is wonderfully quiet on the outskirts of the village of Diedrichshagen, surrounded by wide fields, forest and nature. The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. We rent a cozy cottage in quiet camp. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 persons. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and television. The smaller has a double sofa bed and also a TV set. The large living kitchen in American style is fully equipped. The living area is open plan and invites you to relax by the fireplace. 5 min to the beach. If necessary, also second parking space.
