Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. They go above and beyond to make sure the place feels like a second home, from fresh fruits to fresh sheets, and a dog-bed and bowls for our dog. The beautiful and fully fenced garden where our dog could roam free was the cherry on top of the cake. Dario was absolutely wonderful in welcoming us and our dog personally as we arrived, letting us park the car inside the property, and providing recommendations for restaurants, towns and attractions nearby and being available for any questions while being absolutely discreet. Thank you for the lovely goodbye gift, we will surely be back. Absolutely deserves 5-stars if not more.

I stayed for 3 nights in this place, it's cozy and clean. In addition to the coffee machine, for free use, there are bottles of wine and beer in the house, which have been made to us already in the fridge, and some snacks (cookies, taralli), which can be consumed with a small surcharge. I found it a very nice idea! The house is in a strategic position to visit both La Spezia and Massa and surroundings both in Liguria and Tuscany. Communication has always been easy and everything was as described. Very flexible check-in and check-out, Giovanni is really kind! Simple but functional house, I recommend it!

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

There were four of us on a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior decor is simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and supermarket. We used the heating at night given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season. Very responsive and helpful host.

Very nice place! Our toddler loved the playground 30 meters away for 1 to 4 year olds. At the same distance is a bakery and the fine sandy beach is a small walk through the park. The house itself is nice in every way. We doubted the privacy of the garden in advance, but because of some beautiful trees you sit here privately and all the connecting windows belong to the apartment. At the kitchen you can see that a cooking lover's house is. We were kindly welcomed, definitely recommended!

Had a great and easy stay at Andreea's place. From the start, Andreea was very responsive and sent over very clear instructions for checkin, which was was really appreciated! The place itself is exactly how the pictures look. It was very clean and had everything I needed. Andreea even left out some welcome snacks which was really sweet. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and I would stay here again.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

The location is good, the kitchen to the living room bedroom and even the doors and windows of the toilet are pushed out and seen.It feels very comfortable, and it will be happy even if you don't go out.It is worth noting that one of the sofa beds is small and can only sleep one person.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Eva was a great host! His welcome was very warm. She was very proactive in answering any questions and needs we had. She has a very sociable personality and a pleasure to chat with. ☺️ The accommodation, meanwhile, met all our needs in every way: well located in a quiet location, within walking distance to all the activities we were interested in, not to mention the location of Nice which is close to other cities of interest. In short, this place remains on our list of our favorite places 🤩

Great hosts! If this apt is taken it seems like they are managing some other very nice places so I would of course look to him as this was clean as can be and well managed! Lots of helpful info, super responsive and the place was very well equipped- as others have said - you must be able to climb steps, but if able, it’s a wonderful neighbourhood. Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Another plus was the washer and dryer. Thank you for hosting us, Cheng.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We loved the security of the building and the convenient private parking spot so close to the unit. The views were amazing. The apartment is clean and modern. Huge bathroom with a great shower. Well appointed kitchen with all the things that you need. The mattress on the pullout sofa was a little too soft for my lower back. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended! A++
