Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ligurian Sea

Giovanni's accommodation was clean, tidy and easy to find. He was always available and especially with a problem with the car, he gave me a great hand. The accommodation is very quiet inside a house, quiet and sheltered. I highly recommend it and will keep it in mind for an upcoming stay

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Very nice place! Our toddler loved the playground 30 meters away for 1 to 4 year olds. At the same distance is a bakery and the fine sandy beach is a small walk through the park. The house itself is nice in every way. We doubted the privacy of the garden in advance, but because of some beautiful trees you sit here privately and all the connecting windows belong to the apartment. At the kitchen you can see that a cooking lover's house is. We were kindly welcomed, definitely recommended!

Wonderful retreat in the Tuscan mountains. The view of the valley is magnificent and invites you to dream. Enjoy the stars in the jacuzzi and the lights in the valley, wonderful. Very quiet and secluded, far from the Remmidemmi of the tourist towns. If you like it quiet, you'll find it there. The place itself is rustic and beautiful, everything you really need is there. For my two daughters and me it was a nice first stop on our Giro d'Italia, we would come back:-)

Anna and Roberto's place was like being at home, we were welcomed with a very well-equipped house and welcome chocolates, we really appreciated having oil, salt, sugar, coffee and some snacks with juice, pasta and sauce and a bottle of milk ready to use, not only are there tablecloths, tea towels, napkins, paper towels and toilet paper, never seen a welcome like this, it deserves all the stars and more. If we go back to Viareggio you will be the first choice without a doubt. Thank you for everything

This is the absolute best place to spend a vacation - the house is very friendly and has a wonderful terrace. The location is directly at the sea. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is there. i can fully recommend this house for a wonderful experience of Korsika.

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.

We had a really good time in Pascal's apartment. As stated in many comments, you have to climb stairs (our child counted 104), but my father also took them several times a day at the age of 88. The view from the balcony is sensational, the location central yet quiet. The communication with Pascal was as you wish, in that respect...

Great appartment in a good location

A wonderful place, full of character, with beautiful decorative features. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts and loved having coffee on the terrace each morning. The kitchen was very well equipped and the air fryer was very welcome. All in all, we loved it and we'll be back.

Inna was a wonderful host! She was incredibly communicative with us and met us upon arrival to give us a tour of the space. The apartment was exactly as described in photos and was the perfect sanctuary during my work trip at Cannes. There was plenty of space (I had my family with me) for each of us and I really appreciated having working AC in all rooms. Shops and restaurants were very close by - I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Eva was an outstanding host! Her welcome was very warm. She was very proactive in answering any questions and needs we had. She has a very sociable personality and it was a pleasure to chat with her. ☺️ The accommodation met all our needs on all levels: good location in a quiet area, within walking distance of all the activities that interested us, not to mention the location of Nice which is close to other cities of interest. In short, this listing remains on our list of our favorite places 🤩

Great hosts! If this apt is taken it seems like they are managing some other very nice places so I would of course look to him as this was clean as can be and well managed! Lots of helpful info, super responsive and the place was very well equipped- as others have said - you must be able to climb steps, but if able, it’s a wonderful neighbourhood. Thanks very much for a great stay!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Another plus was the washer and dryer. Thank you for hosting us, Cheng.
