The apartment is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and one of the better supermarkets. The apartment is well appointed and quite nice. Loutmila was helpful and very flexible, as my plans changed and she was accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Svetlana went out of her way to accomodate my schedule and even came to and event in the city which I was attending for work purposes to hand over the key to the apartment. It was extremely helpful. The room is pleasant and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Was accurately described as was, very nice and enjoyable to stay at as well. Could taxi very cheaply to any location around the area, and was in general very nice. Cars would come along at night down the road quite often, but that’s to be expected from the location. All in all great stay and an amazing host.

I loved my stay of several weeks at Constantino and Maria’s apartment. The place is beautifully renovated, modern, and full of natural light. It was also spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities I needed. Constantino and Maria are super friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The location is also a big plus. I’d definitely stay here again!

Rachel is really a Superhost! From the first minutes of booking to the moment of departure, a reliable, wonderful option one of the best offers in Limassol, definitely worth the money, everything is provided and the care for guests is maximum, clean, new furniture and renovation, a great location 2 minutes from the beaches and a beautiful walking area along the sea among the trees and many cafes, parks and playgrounds and sports grounds, Rachel is really very responsive! We have already paid for two more periods of stay! Highly recommended!

We had a lovely one month stay at Anthony’s apartment. His pre arrival info ensured we easily found the apartment and checked in. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was lovely and well maintained, often we were the only ones using it. The apartment is nicely located with plenty of eateries, bars and shops a few minutes walk and the bus to the Old Port was by the gate and very handy.

Had a great week long stay at this amazing place! Would really recommend and the pool is great!

Excellent place. Very clean and welcoming. Most appliances are new. The photos are completely up-to-date. The complex is very quiet, even though it’s right next to the main street. Parking spots inside the complex are taken, but street parking is never a problem at any time of day. The pool is large and nice, but the weather was a bit chilly for the beach, so we didn’t use it. In my opinion, the location is the best possible in Limassol. Within a 300-meter radius, there are several excellent restaurants and bars, as well as the best beaches. Jelena is very kind and responsive. Even when she had to fly, her sister contacted us and assured us she was available if we needed anything. We spent 9 days without any issues. If we come back to Limassol, we’ll definitely try to book this apartment again.
