Loutmila was an astounding host. Responsive, professional and genuine. My family and I loved the villa, probably one of the best and most peaceful locations in Limassol. A truly beautiful neighbourhood. Any questions we had were answered and dealt with in a proactive and professiona manner. we have been visiting Limassol for over 20 years as a family, and I would not hesitate to use Loutmila again or indeed stay at this villa.

Really nice authentic Cyprus house, so spacious. It’s a bit cold inside during the winter, but ACs totaly help!

We where there when te weather was cold. the airco and the portable electric heater were enough to make the cabin nice and warm. everything you need for your stay is there. beautiful view, a couple of places to sit so you can sit in the sun and out the wind. you can use the water tap in the garden for drinking water so you dont need to buy bottled water. the cats are lovely, the hosts are really friendly. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here.

An amazing house set in a beautiful and peaceful location. The Host Nikos couldn’t be better in his warm welcome, communication and advice for exploring stunning Cyprus. The perfect getaway location for peace and quiet yet still central to base yourself to explore the rest of the island from. The house was immaculate and the stunning pool courtyard was a great place to start your day with a swim and finish your day sat lounging on cushions beneath the stars. Highly recommend you pay this beautiful property a visit. Thank you Nikos and family for an amazing stay.

The reason for not giving full points for location isn’t Yardens fault at all, it is because of the construction work and closed roads on the way to Sunset Gardens. Otherwise the location is simply beautiful with all comforts and a safe place ♥️ Many thnx

Amazing penthouse apartment that looks even better than in the pictures. The terrace goes throughout the whole outside of the apartment which makes it feel twice as big. Nice and quiet neighborhood, while still feeling close to everything. Definitely recommend!

If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city - this is it! If you need transport to the city, rent a car or install the Alfa Taxi application, then the taxi will take you wherever you want at affordable prices. I sincerely recommend apartments from Inna

It’s a beautiful apartment with the best facilities. The pool, the gym and everything around it was perfect. You can have a very nice breakfast for 12 years per person. Kids are free. It’s close to restaurants and bars.

My family and I we had a lovely time at Zoritsa's place. Zoritsa is a lovely person that cares about you and does all she can to make you feel at home. From the beginning, she was very easy and friendly communicating and showed great flexibility, which was also very appreciated taking into account that we stayed with a 4-years old child. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Limassol and was pristine clean with all the ammenities you might need for your stay. The swimming pool and the beach were a blast for our child, and a big supermarket, restaurants, farmacy and bus stop that takes you directly to the city centre are around the corner. The parking spot for the car is right next to the entrance of the building which is quite convenient. We will for sure repeat again when we have the chance! Thank you so much for everything! :)

Stately home with space in a quiet neighbourhood. Great place to stay!

Very nice and clean house. Perfect location

The apartment has been well thought through in terms of layout and best use of space. The colours and mixture of textures in the wood, concrete, worktops and amazing colour used in the kitchen and throughout the apartments bathroom and internal doors just add something special - mixed with the warmth of the bathroom tiling. All appliances are of a high standard and they have supplied everything you need to make this a home from home. Hopefully more people will open up their eyes to a fantastic place inside an old building. The lift worked perfectly and we were always created with a smile and friendly hello from the people passing by (both home owners and businesses). The addition of the car park was very welcomed and the location to everything you need is great.

Chose this pet friendly house as a base for a long weekend of nature trail walks in an area of the Troodos mountain range that we are very familiar with. The recently renovated place was clean, the beds comfortable and the host is a great communicator who brought us some extra fire wood just in case we needed it.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 10 nights in September. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and clean. The pool was never busy. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay - the kitchen is well equipped, there's plenty of towels and bedding and the AC works great. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening, it has a nice view. We especially found a lot of joy in the very sweet cats who are roaming around who were always thankful for a treat ☺️🐈

Nice and cute studio where you immediately feel home! The location is close to the motorway which makes day trips around the island very easy. Limassol old town is c. 3 km away.
