Really cool place for 2 families with teens. Cozy winter retreat with lots of character. Loved the recliner sofas and the fireplace + the pool table room the most.

We loved staying at Sandy Bottoms, the house is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for a family. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking on the lake, rods and life jackets were provided (thanks!). The area is peaceful and beautiful and we enjoyed watching the squirrels and chipmunks! Cindy was very helpful. We recommend the disc golf at Tom Thomson park at South River! They have discs that you can borrow at the car park.

This is a great clean and open space with lots of room for people. I liked how clean and update the house is with a nice lay out plan theres lots of space for large gatherings and celebrations. The rec room and bar area was a great spot to wind down after a long day. David takes pride in the property and it really shows! The hot tub and sauna work great.The dart board and board game selection are are great way to pass some time while relaxing. I'll definitely be staying here again next time im in the area. This cottage is a good option for a winter getaway. It's well-equipped and comfortable. Its located 15 minutes from the Arrowhead Park skate trail, highly recommended giving it a visit. The hot tub works well. The wifi buffered on occasion streaming movies but I suppose this is to be expected. All in all, a premium experience, we had a great time. Thanks

A perfect fit for our 3 generation family. While our toddler granddaughter slept peacefully in the king suite on the main floor, the teens and adults gathered around the cozy woodstove on the lower level, with access to the sauna and hot tub. Pat maintains a very well stocked and well equipped kitchen. No need to bring anything. Beautiful natural setting and the snowshoe walk to the pond is so pretty. All 10 of us loved this welcoming chalet.

The host is very accommodating and understandable. Will definitely rebook again when we come back for summer!

We spent the weekend here and definitely wish we had spent longer. This was an incredible weekend getaway and we absolutely loved this cabin. Having breakfast to a beautiful snowy forest view was amazing. We visited the Crystal Cave 15 minutes away and spent hours looking and learning and I would highly recommend it to anywho who stays. The wall mounted tv was great for watching movies in bed and on the couch. This treetop rental had everything we needed and more. Being able to bring our cat was a huge thing for us and we were so happy we could, he loved it just as much as us. It was cozy, warm and comforting, we will definitely stay here again and I would recommend this to everyone looking for a treetop vacation. Thank you to the wonderful host for having us.

We’ve been staying at Jessica’s properties for the past four years and always enjoy our stay. If you have a boat or other water vessel, this place provides a free slip for the duration of your stay which is great! Jessica’s properties are always extremely clean, free of clutter and provide all the necessities and more! The restaurant and general store at the marina (on site) are very convenient. If you do have a boat or rent one on site, be sure to visit Juniper Island! It’s always a fav of ours to visit.
