Apartment holiday rentals in Limerick

Valerie was so kind and attentive, helping us out whenever we needed. The flat was great and just what we needed, with lots of local amenities! We loved the local cafe - the neighbourhood cafe was gorgeous. Such an easy trip into Galway city - the bus is very convenient. Overall great stay, thanks Valerie!

We wanted to stay a bit outside of the downtown area as we have a car. There was ample on street parking. The Lidl was only a few blocks away. There is a lake just about 1 km up the hill which is great for a walk or run. Beware of the geese. They are a bit feisty. You can easily walk into the "tourist zone". The kitchen is well equipped. As it is an older house there are a few quirks. Pearse walks you through them. On other reviews the height of the shower was noted. That is true. The shower ceiling slants. As I am the average size of a 12 yo (maybe 10), this was not an issue for me. My husband said he sat down and it was not a big deal. The bed was very comfortable. The dishwasher and washing machine worked fine. Nearly everything can be recycled in the bins out front which we appreciate.

The apartment was all that we hoped for. It is located blocks from the heart of old Galway, is a comfortable apartment, and has a well stocked kitchen (we like to cook). Joan was proactively communicative and there were even some treats in the refrigerator when we arrived. We are touring around Europe; working during the day and tourist-ing on weekends and this apartment worked perfectly. It was a wonderful, four block walk to our shared work space (Market Street PorterHouse). The walk brought us right through old Galway, the folks at PorterHouse were so helpful when we needed anything, and we were able to take beautiful walks through the streets or along the canal when we needed a mid-day break. We were also just blocks from the train station when it was time for weekend excursions.

Stephanie’s place was perfect! Super close to the attractions, well maintained, and had everything we needed! Beds were really comfortable and Stephanie was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here while in Galway!

A great little cabin for a quick stop on our road trip

We loved our stay here! Cozy place that made for a great 3 day stay in Galway, which was the midway point in our road trip around Ireland. Everything you need is walking distance but the apartment was very private and quiet. Having the laundry machines was an added bonus for us as we packed light. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Rory even came out to meet us on the sidewalk as we had a little trouble finding it (our fault, not their lack of instructions lol). On our last night our son got sick (too many oysters) and although we cleaned everything we could, we still managed to ruin a linen or two. They were incredibly kind and understanding. The only minor annoyance is the parking, but we pretty much ditched the car on a free side street and didn’t drive it until we left. Highly recommend getting over to Crane’s Bar on a Thursday night for the storytelling and live trad music. We brought our 10yo and it was really special to experience.

We really liked our whole experience with our stay at Pauline and Toby’s. They were very hospitable and helpful with our luggage. The apartment was great for getting around Clifden.

The place was fantastic and exactly what my wife and I needed after driving through the country side for a few days. It’s in a perfect location to walk to the city center and Quay Street for food and drinks. The balcony was perfect for watching the ships come and go and for a little bit of a view when winding down. Would recommend to anyone needing a comfy place to stay a few days in Galway.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. immaculate and the owner even got us some pastries and a few refrigerator items to get us started. All response times were very fast and we had almost no issues. Absolutely will be coming back here next year when we come visit again.

Our family of four was very happy with our stay at Geoff and Therese’s apartment. The sleeping spaces were comfortable, and though the kitchenette and bathroom were small, they had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The yard area was also appreciated- we ate several meals outside at the picnic table. The hosts were highly responsive and thoughtfully had food items waiting for us when we arrived. We had a wonderful 3 month stay at Cathy’s apartment! The location is perfect, within walking distance to the city, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Cathy was a fantastic host, welcoming, friendly, responsive, respectful of our privacy and made us feel right at home. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Michael's place is fantastic! It's in a great location with lots to do. Checking in was easy, and the flexibility on breakfast was incredible. Melissa even got us dinner reservations at a fabulous restaurant that was full. We will return the next time we are touring the Ring of Kerry.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grattan Holiday Apartments, car parking out the back, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen and within walking distance to the beach, local pubs and restaurants. It's about a 20 minute walk into Galway city and taxi back is around €10. Highly recommend a stay here. Sean and Cathal are on hand if you need them and will recommend places to visit and eat

Martin’s place was very clean and roomy for 3 of us on a road trip through Ireland. The WiFi worked great and the kitchen seemed well-equipped even though we didn’t cook. The parking garage was nice to have. It was about a 15 minute walk down a car-heavy road to get to downtown Galway, but very doable. The hot tub and pool are part of the gym below the building that does require an extra fee to use.

This was a great find in a great location. The accommodation, attached to the main house with its own entrance, felt incredibly private and was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The space was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. The hot tub made our stay extra special.
