Newly built cozy luxury beachfront cottage

You'll love this unique and romantic home overlooking one of Denmark's best beaches and close to Rønbjerg. The house is newly built in classic Danish style that suits the area with a lot of small Danish summer houses that are close to each other and everyone greets each other. The heart of the house is a larger kitchen dining room living room area where families can cook anything from food, creative play or enjoy a great movie together. The house has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a loft so there is room for the big family.

The house is located on the beach with private access. Spectacular views over the bay. The beach is good for kids as it’s shallow and easy. The house is 125 m2 on two floors. It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.

New Sommerhouse - Nature - View - Beach 300m

Our new summerhouse is beautifully situated in Grønhøj south of Løkken. Approx. 300 m. to the beach and the North Sea. Groceries a few min. walk from the house. The area offers wildlife, hiking trails and cycling routes. In Løkken you will find restaurants, cafés, culture and shopping (clothes, ceramics, art, antiques, flea market). On the beach you can buy fresh fish, fish from the pier, rent surfing equipment or a beach sauna. We hope you enjoy your stay and take care of our lovely house.

Beach house in Grønhøj

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. You can even enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue water and effervescent waves, because the beach is just a few hundred meters away. In short, the layout consists of a nice bathroom and a two-person dino bedroom. Two more people can sleep in the bunk bed, located in a secluded niche in the beautiful living area, which also offers a dining area, upholstered benches, and an open kitchen.

A completely modernised A-frame cottage from the early 70's. Modern on the inside, old-fashioned on the outside. ELECTRICITY, WATER, BED LINEN, AND ALL FEES INCLUDED :-) My husband and I bought this wonderful cottage in January 2021 with the aim to fully renovate it and then share it with others who appreciate a location directly in the Danish West Coast nature, the amazing tranquility, the big dunes, and the close proximity to the wide North Sea beaches at Haurvig and Hvide Sande.

Our cozy summerhouse/cottage is fully equipped with cooking, sleeping and entertainment essentials. Towels and beddings are included. High chair and baby bed for the kids is available. Don't expect high-end luxury but a full equipped cozy clean cottage in the middle of Naturpark Tranum Strand.

Skønt og unikt sommerhus med kun 400 meter til fantastisk strand. Grunden har masser af natur. På grunden er der en stor trampolin som børn og voksne kan have masser af glæde af. Der vil være rent sengetøj, håndklæder, viskestykker mm. Som udgangspunkt forventer vi at I selv gør huset rent efter brug og efterlader det som ved overtagelsen. A small but cozy cottage of 60 m2, high on a cul-de-sac. Terraces on three sides of the house. Large terrace is southwest facing. Most often there are the most beautiful sunsets in the stay. View of Sallingsund (and Sallingsund Bridge) and Mors. Dome area with possibility of bike and nature walks in the surrounding area. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
