Rene was such an awesome host! The apartment looked incredible and welcoming for the holiday season. I truly enjoyed the conversations and fellowship we had. I give the airbnb a ten star! Hope to go back there one day!

Rick and Judy were communicative and warm from the very beginning! There are signs posted everywhere which I especially appreciate. This place has everything! Lovely hosts, washer/dryer, dishwasher, tv, large walk-in shower, fire pit, and amazing views right on the lake with all of the toys one could ever wish for!! Rick mentioned that many people that have visited have even purchased homes and become neighbors! I believe it’s the highest amount of synergy between a guest and host that I’ve ever heard of. We hope to return in the warmer months to experience all the lake has to offer.

Rented this for a one night stay-cation for Valentine’s Day and it was perfect! Had an amazing dinner at Chophouse 101, which we walked to. This is a perfect place to enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown Kannapolis and then retreat to the quiet apartment above.

We booked last min(the day of) and needed to check in really late with a crew of teenagers coming from WinterFest at carowinds! Responded really quick when confirming we could check in super late. Clean space. Nice layout. Had everything we needed! Would book again!

Lori was a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay at her cottage. She thought of everything from sugar, creamer, coffee, to salt & pepper, cooking spray, to everything you need for laundry. What an amazing host. This is a very roomy cottage with the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. I love to cook and the kitchen was well equiped for each meal. We will stay again. We love Forest City "the official Hallmark town". It is always a wonderful place to stay especially this time of the year. The lights and decorations of the town are spectacular. The people are so warm and welcoming. You will feel right at home in this small town. And don't let the "small town" fool you if you like to shop. The Main street area which is walking distance from the cottage has many great places to shop (and eat). You will return home with precious, unique Christmas gifts. Be sure to eat breakfast at Smith's Drug. What a piece of history at a great price. Thank you Lori!!!

Great place to stay in downtown Kannapolis!! The apartment was clean and spacious. Victoria sent all messages with instructions on time and clear details of what to do. Walkable area with lots to do and see. Would book again 😊

Beautiful place to stay- the host thought of everything! We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and really appreciated there was a fenced area for our dog. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Everything was great, we really loved how far the dock went out and the large platform at the end for swimming and docking our boat. We loved the large cove that the house is located on, has a lot less wake than the main part of the lake, which made it really nice for swimming around the dock. The house is fully equipped and was comfortable for our family of five (three small kids) and friends (family of four). Stacie was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. We plan to visit again!

Really unique house and we had a very relaxing weekend. Would recommend this place to stay if you’re looking for a little retreat!

This home was perfect for a cozy getaway with friends and family! The cabin was stunning- beautifully and tastefully decorated and with function in mind. The size was perfect for 8 of us as well. The living area was small in the best way: we all had room between the living room, dining room, and kitchen but we could all also see and interact with each other. The three full bathrooms was also helpful. I would absolutely come back again!

Beautiful home in the heart of all the Denver, NC fun. Everything you need is within a couple minutes. The house was perfect for my family (husband & 3 teenagers). Beds were comfortable and house was stocked so you can relax from the second you walk in. You can’t beat that view either!! We stayed over Christmas so I can’t imagine how wonderful it would be during the summer. Jim was a great host that was always responsive. That goes a long way!!

Exactly as described and pictured. Easy check in and very simple checkout. Tora was very responsive and thorough in her communications and provided lots of helpful area information. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We had a great family gathering at Scott’s lake house. Lots of room for everyone including Skye, our dog. Great sunrises and sunsets. Played cornhole and went inside to warm up!

This place was incredible, had a great time with the kids and the hubby , I wish it had more lighting (outside) other than the lights everything was perfect.The view was perfect, I love the watching the sunrise and the house was really clean and had a lot of things that I didn’t think It would have , a variety of coffee, sugar and snacks.I definitely appreciated and would go back again!

Loved staying at this condo complex. Beautiful boardwalk on the lake that we walked on each day, close to the wedding venue we had events at and accessible to main road with plenty of restaurants and stores. Katie was very responsive as well and made the check in/check out process easy. We had a dog with us who would bark when someone was walking by outside which was out of character for him and a neighbor did submit a noise complaint. Katie was great about it, asking us to be more mindful but letting us know barking from a passerby is accepted but excessive barking won’t be if it continues. So if you plan to stay here and have a hyperactive dog, you may want to plan for how you’ll best control the situation (shut the blinds if you leave or don’t let them access the front bedroom where they can see the front walkway). Great place on the second floor with a good view from the deck. Well stocked with all the little things you might need in the kitchen, bathroom full of shampoo and body wash supplies. and all very clean. 3 big bedrooms- very comfortable! TVs in all the rooms. Nice small pool a few steps away. And a really nice restaurant on the water also a few steps away! Good stay!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

This condo is true to the pictures. Very classy and well maintained. It’s in a fantastic location and Jeremy is a sheer joy to deal with. Highly recommend and hope to return in the very near future!

Amazing place! It's such a cool spot to be right on the race track. The place was clean and worked perfectly for our family of 6. The host Eric was incredibly kind and wonderful to communicate with. We'd love to visit again.

The condo was as described/pictured. It was clean, free of clutter, the kitchen had a nice amount of pots and pans to cook your own meal. Nice washer &dryer, which was nice. The condo is roomy. The wifi worked well. Great safe neighborhood, great for walks! Neighbors were friendly. Close driving distance to shopping, grocery stores , restaurants, banks, gas stations. Felt at home during our stay. Eli is a great host, friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Space was very clean and perfect for our short 2 night weekend. The rental was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Included parking close to the front door was always available as we came and went. We would absolutely stay here again and really appreciate our hosts having us.
