House holiday rentals in Lincoln County

We drove 6 1/2 hrs and arrived early, about 2:30. After a couple of cell phone calls, we were allowed to enter early. Check in time is 4:00 PM. The condo was immaculate! The ocean view captivating! The condition of everything was as if brand new. Located within minutes of several great restaurants. Prior to our arrival we were informed that the dishwasher was not operating and there was an adjustment made to our charges. This condo is on our “return to” list. You want a big bang for your buck, this is it.

Our first time to the coast and we loved our stay! Great location, adorable home and neighborhood, and quick walk to the beautiful beach. Our kids spent hours in the tide pools then warmed up in the hot tub. The home fit our family comfortably and was a great place to stay!

The house was welcoming from the very first moment we got there. Everything was placed in a perfect way and labeled. Never had to look very hard for anything. The house was super well stocked and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. It was a wonderful location, amazing to just literally step right off the deck and be on the beach. When down on the beach it was very quiet and never busy. Felt like we had our own beach most of the time. Debbie was a wonderful host and always there if we had a question. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at the Dolphin house. Our kids, 8 and 5, loved the toys available to play with both inside and outside. The small, sandy area at the front of the house was the perfect place for them to play with the beach toys provided. Do bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. It says it is not included and they mean it.

Cute and comfortable!! Walking distance to the beach. Tim is very responsive. Stayed for a girls weekend, perfect place for the 6 of us. Will definitely keep this one on our list for future visits.

Miel was great! I made a mistake but, she was very helpful, quick to respond and recommend other accommodation that worked out perfectly! This little cabin was cozy for my boyfriend and I, plus our dog. The hot tub was clean and very warm! I wish we had time to utilize the fire pit. The cabin is sandwiched between two other cabins so you will want to be mindful of the noise. It’s in a cute neighborhood right by the beach, I wish we had one more day here. I recommend this place for small groups of 2-4, you can do 5 or 6 but it will be a little crammed.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

Great location to the Ocean, easy access from driveway. Great views overall. It was nice to leave the firewood for the fireplace, and it was easy to pick up more from the Market in town. The Kitchen was really accessible, and easy to use. Some of the people in my group were not a fan of the 2 steps go get from the kitchen/living room area up to the dining room area and premium view of the Ocean. But, for most people it was not a problem. The TV’s were nice and easy to use as well. Great place overall!

Trent came in clutch for a last minute booking! Home was welcoming and clean, had all the essentials for a small family. Kids had a great time!

We took a vacation with our 3 of our kids and 3 grandchildren (11 total). The house was plenty big enough, each family had a master bathroom to themselves, there was plenty of "spaces" to hang out in and relax. We never felt like we were tripping over each other. The house is absolutely beautiful, well cared for, and in a great location to the beach! Just have to cross the street...it's that close! I would highly recommend this house for anyone with a larger group as there is ample space. Was very appreciative of all the "household" items that were available as well. Most places don't supply so much stuff and it really felt like home. (Just bigger!) We will definitely look for availability in this home for a future use.

Our mixed generation family loved the house. So much room for different activities. Lots of different sitting areas. Good beds. We didn’t use the little house. Had more than enough room in the big house for the 10 of us. Kitchen is very well equipped, many specialty appliance, nice choice of coffee makers. Lots of spices and condiments. Dining table sat the 10 of us. Deck had many chairs and tables. Loved having the hot tub with a view. Grandkids loved all the games upstairs.

The house was very clean, comfortable, nice and spacious with beach themed decor. There were a few maintenance things that I brought to Brian’s attention, which he thanked me for, but nothing worth saying anything negative about :) We were there for a family function and had a wonderful time and felt right at home in this comfortable house. Nye beach is one of our favorite places to go, so we were happy that the house was close by. We would definitely stay again:)

We have a large family with lots of littles <2 years old. The Blue Whale property was spacious and VERY kid friendly. So many rooms with attached baths was amazing. Easily walkable to the beach and had beautiful views. As a grieving family being together for important anniversaries is how we survive. Jessica was exceedingly kind, responsive, had great recommendations for small children and let her property feel like a home for the time we were there. Would absolutely rent again.

We loved our stay here! The house and view is something out of a dream. The home was comfortable and clean with nice finishes and accommodations. The view and beach access were incredible and the hot tub was large and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

The view was gorgeous. We loved being steps away from the beach and a short drive from shops to visit. The space was perfect for accommodating our large group. A great option for large get togethers.

I stayed at Cindy’s place for a last minute trip and I am so greatly it was available because it is in an excellent location. The house was very clean and had all the listed amenities. Cindy was an excellent host and accommodated my last minute request. I will definitely book again.

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

My husband and I took our kiddos here for a little spring break vaca. The kids LOVED the short walk to the beach. There was provided wet suits and boards. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Lots of extra towels and cozy home with comfy beds! There’s even sound machines for sleep in the rooms. The giant jetted tub is nice and we enjoyed that also. Scott is super responsive and helpful. Close to beach and shops. Love it! We would definitely book this place again.

Clean space, car charger was a huge bonus, walkable to the beach and Pelican. Single bathroom was the only downside, but overall would stay again.

this was our annual family trip. the home was great and had all the amenities as described. we loved the hot tub and sauna. the bedrooms we good size but the mattresses were not very comfortable. the living room furniture was just OK. overall we all had a great time.

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved spending time at the Sand Gate! You can't beat the location, with direct beach access. We could watch the sunset while on the beach, or view it directly from the house! Unbelievable views of the ocean! We also loved the hot tub after a day of playing outside. The house itself is old, and a bit quirky, but we had a great time nevertheless. Lori was great to communicate with when a small issue arose, and it was quickly fixed.

We get this place every year and our big family feels comfortable and spacious.
