This was a fantastic day. Skeitha was very kind, responsive and accommodating. She makes you feel so at home while also making sure you have complete privacy. The unit had everything you needed and more. All you really had to do was bring your own food, ha ha. I love the care and thought that went into the decor. The lighting is wonderful. The bed was so comfortable. It really was a home away from home. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Tom & Angela's guest suite was extremely comfortable and homey. The suite was much more spacious than we expected, with plenty of room to spread out and feel at home. This would definitely be a good place for an extended stay. There were two gas fireplaces, which made things very cozy and welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The home is at the end of a quiet and secluded street, backing up to a small river. The view of the river was serene and peaceful, complete with geese and other waterfowl. Tom and Angela were gracious and kind hosts, very responsive and attentive to our needs. We especially appreciated the snacks they left for guests, as we arrived very late after a delayed flight. We appreciated their warm hospitality, and we'd definitely stay here again if we're back in the area!

A beautiful old Philly house with modern updates. My 11 year old loved the loft bed which became my kids’ hang out space, while I could be in the bed below - near her but not in bed with her. We were 3 generations and each had our own space in the house which contributed to the restful feel. As my daughter said, it felt like vacation but also felt like home. It had everything we needed! Anne is always responsive and helpful. The location is perfect - 15 min. walk to City Hall/ Liberty Bell, 10 min. walk to the Magic Gardens and cute shops/ restaurants, 8 min. walk to theaters and 12 min. walk to Reading Terminal Market.

Cara's place was very comfortable. Loved the view from the rooftop. I would just warn the elderly that you have to climb lots of steps so if that is a struggle for you don't stay here. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

This house was perfect for our needs. Are dogs were right at home and the kids enjoyed it as well. It was a great touch having some board games to help with the downtime (weather wasn’t the greatest). This location is perfect. Quiet little neighborhood that backs up to a shopping center with everything you could possibly need.

What a wonderful stay at Jeff's place! The whole place was stylish, cozy, and I immediately felt right at home. The kitchen was massively stocked with extra appliances and a wealth of spices and sauces to get you started. I basically lived in the bay window overlooking a perfect view of the river, and Jeff was incredibly responsive with great recommendations and helpful tips. Super lovely place, I'll miss my cozy coffee mornings watching the boats go by!

I had a lovely stay at Elaine’s place! The WiFi was spotty, but that wasn’t too important for my purposes, luckily. The perfect place to unwind after exploring Philly!
