Holiday rentals with a balcony in Lisbon

This apartment was perfect for a couple. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, walkable to tourist sights and had all the amenities we needed. There is a smart tv so you can log into Netflix which was nice. The owners are very responsive to any questions and quickly took care of a minor issue we noted when we first arrived. If you want a place a little away from the main touristy spots but still close enough to walk or take a quick Uber to, this is a great option.

My husband and I stayed for 4 days at Gizela's apartment in Cascais and had a great experience. The building was easy to find, and the availability of convenient, free on-street parking was a big plus. The studio itself was more spacious than it appears in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. As is common with houses in Portugal, it can get a bit chilly indoors, but the air conditioning and the bathroom heater made the space comfortable and cozy. These thoughtful amenities were much appreciated. The host went above and beyond by providing amenities often not included in Airbnb stays, making us feel truly at home. Additionally, the hosts were friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Nathalie’s communication was great and super helpful. The property was spacious and handy for a group. The location was great, a short Uber ride from all major attractions, and very walkable to amazing restaurants and bars. The only challenge with this property was the noise related to other properties in the building. There was a strong emphasis on keeping noise in the property to a minimum due to the type of flooring in the apartments and the building materials used meaning noise easily travelled. This was a little stressful to manage having two small kids! We were up early most days sightseeing so it wasn’t a huge deal but having a heads up on this before booking would manage expectations. Otherwise, a great property and fabulous stay.

The place is close to the subway and is close to downtown. There are also many shops nearby. There was nothing missing in the space.

We had such an amazing stay, the check in process was really simple and the building was secure. Everything was modern and perfect in the apartment and the location is great for tourists. Maria was super helpful and gave great recommendations of local places to visit.

A great location, we used this property for a team attending a conference at the FIL convention centre, the apartment was clean modern and the team were a joy to deal with.

The stay was incredible! Márcio and his wife are very friendly and available to help. The place is very quiet and you can see the sea of the apartment. Everything was clean, organized and correspondent with the photos of the listing.

A lovely little unconventional place for a couple of nights! Very secluded and charming windmill with authentic beams and amazing top floor. I’m 6’2 and banged my head many times but that’s nothing new and it does say low ceilings in the listing. Excellent shower power and little welcoming gift. Sunset was great from the top floor window. A closed window at night or earplugs are advised for neighbouring cockerel!

I recommend this house. The photos demonstrate exactly what you can find. It has a space in front of the house that can also be used for those who have children. Fully equipped. The best goes to Mr. Salgado, friendly, friendly, always available and we still receive a gift from him.

The accommodation is small, but enough to spend a few days, a very quiet place surrounded by trees half an hour from Lisbon

We had a great time at this beautiful villa. Very large rooms, beautiful rooms, well chosen furniture, a beautiful well fenced garden and an exceptional kitchen that was our gathering point. The house was heated upon arrival according to our request. Host are very responsive and very much appreciated. In addition to being extremely functional, the location of the house, not very far from Lisbon by car, allows you to do a lot of visits. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend it. A very satisfied customer.

Check in was super easy, the space felt like home immediately upon arrival. There was a twin floor bed and a crib set up so nicely in the primary bedroom as we mentioned we were traveling with our toddler and infant! That was a really sweet gesture. We had a seamless stay and everything went as expected with the home. Hosts left a plethora of recommendations and tips for the neighborhood which was so nice! I will say we were travelling with young kids and elderly parents and we did not realize that this house was on top of a really steep hill so it was walkable for those of us who were able-bodied but not our limited-mobility parents (which was totally fine, we called them Ubers but did want to point out that the terrain isn’t ideal for everyone)! We paid the extra fee to heat the pool and we only ended up swimming once but the kids loved it. We would definitely return for another family vacation!

Fantastic experience, and a great place to stay in Lisbon! You will be outside of the heavy tourist traffic in a neighborhood with tons of character. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well furnished. Great views from the balconies, and the patio is great for sunset views of Lisbon. Our host arranged an airport pickup for us and check-in was smooth, with lots of helpful recommendations. There are great places to eat nearby, and several convenient mini marts to pick up the essentials for your stay. Overall, we could not have asked for more!

paid parking was confusing. located among great restaurants. catmandu was amazing. lots of people walking around. an eclectic neighborhood but felt very safe. views were amazing. quiet bldg amongst the hustle and bustle of Lisbon.

One of the best AirBnBs I've been to! Beautiful interior design, lots of light coming in, spacious and well equipped. Great location in Santos. Edite is very kind and accomodating. I will be back!

what a lovely place, comfy, spacious, clean and well equipped, stylish and nicely decorated. very comfy bed with fresh bedding& great mattress powerful shower, comfy, stylish and modern bathroom kitchen with a coffee machine lift in the building so no hassle with carrying the luggage upstairs located 5min away from Time Out Market, 5min away from the sea front and railway station, close to buses and trams, walkable distance to all tourist attractions, 1 min away from the Bica Elevator 😍 cafes, restaurants, pubs - all in the area. was a bit noisy during the night, but that was what we expected given the place is located on a main street luggage storage just outside the main door - costs only 5Euro for a whole day - very useful when you have to check out but still have time till your flight back and the main thing - hosts are very approachable, friendly, responded to our messages right away and let us to check in earlier than the stated on their profile -this was very much appreciated

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, just like the pictures. The instructions to get in were very clear with pictures. I failed to find an open place to watch Superbowl 59. I returned to the apartment disappointed, but was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to find it with their premium cable. The parking garage, included in the price, allowed me not to worry about damage to the rental car. I had an outstanding stay at Vitaliano & Nara’s. I would stay there again and recommend them.

Chiara-Livia was such a great host, and the condo was everything we hoped to have in Lisbon - spacious, comfortable, full of creative flare, centrally located, and close to great bars, restaurants and attractions. We will definitely go back!
