Holiday rentals in Little Barningham

We had an amazing time at the Gatehouse it was clean, huge and lovely to all have your own bathrooms. Beds were comfortable.The hot tub was lovely and ready to use. The childrens play equipment needs some maintenance but was fine for them to play on and they loved it. The only thing I would say and this is just personal was on the photos it looks like it's a property standing on its own but in fact is a shared plot with another Air bnb that they own and that's not stated on the description. It would have also been nice being as its a shared plot to have the garden completely fenced in as we had 3 young children and a dog! BUT like I said that's just my personal preference as I have vulnerable children so am more aware of things like that!! I would definitely recommend the property we are a large family and it was perfect! Would definitely come back! Thank you you made 3 little people's last holiday with us very exciting as all they keep saying is "We love the big house" ❤️

The annexe was perfect for what my granddaughter and I needed.

This was our second visit to this fabulous cottage and it was just as good the second time around. It is so well equipped and peaceful and easy to access a wide range of places from. Comfy beds, very clean throughout and a very helpful and responsive host. Definitely recommend

Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

This has been the most wonderful airbnb stay we have ever had. The accommodation is cosy, beautifully put together and in the perfect location. I loved opening up the shutters to that astounding view every morning. We stayed for a month and everything worked well, the property was easy to look after and nothing was too much trouble for David and Judy. They are the kindest, most welcoming couple. We came to Dersingham to care for family for a period of time, but felt like we had been swept into an extended family with our hosts, attending village functions and more over the month! It has been the best stay we could have hoped for and look forward to coming back soon. A big thank you to David and Judy! xx

Amazing. Despite less than balmy weather, we all had a fantastic time. Twelve of us between 7 and 72 including 2 fifteen year old girls. Abbey House is house is huge and has sufficient shower/bathing facilities for each couple to have their own space. The annex is a real little gem. The games room so well equipped we were all able to enjoy the space together. We even had a yoga class for several of our party there! This was a long delayed 70th Birthday celebration , plus two 40th's, and a 50th in the intervening time. it worked beautifully. Our seven year wants to know when we can all go back together. The weekend is up there with my best memories.

I have absolute nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. Dairy barn is located in Roger’s beautiful Home Farm. Lush gardens and waking up to birds singing. A lovely fully enclosed paddock for our dog Loki to play tug and ball, with outside seating so we could enjoy a glass of wine. The accommodation is homely, exceptionally well kitted out, clean and inviting. There is a large comfy bed, whirlpool bath, with large separate shower. Comfy sofa and kitchen which is spacious and had everything we needed. The welcome basket and goodies were super generous and gratefully received . Roger is a lovely host, who greeted us on arrival and ensured we had all we needed. At the end of our stay, checked we had a good break. We will definitely be back

This was our first stay in an Air b&b and we couldn`t have been more impressed with the whole process.the booking system once we had registered with Airbnb was easy and the property owner was in touch with us frequently before our stay with arrival and accommodation information and instructions. The Cart Barn where we stayed was really lovely and very comfortable .It has been cleverly designed and beautifully furnished with very good quality equipment but most importantly it was very homely.We couldn`t fault it. the owners were also very accommodating to our request for a slightly later check out.
