Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Our bright, airy original Beach Haven family-owned home (NOT built for Airbnb) in the historic district provides the at-the-shore experience you won't find elsewhere. Seven houses from the beach, sleeps 12, with 2 living rooms, a large kitchen, 2.5 baths, and a welcoming deck. Located in the center of Beach Haven, we are only a minute's walk to the Sea Shell Resort, Fantasy Island, and everything else. We have entertained 1,000+ guests over 45 years and would love for you to add to the memories.

Kick back and relax on the lagoon with easy access to the bay by kayak or boat. The beautiful beaches of LBI are just over the bridge, less then 4 miles away. You can ride your bike to the beach. Start your day with coffee out by the lagoon or a kayak/paddle board ride. Spend the day sunbathing, reading a book or fishing. Grill at home in our fully stocked cabana or head out to one of the fantastic restaurants on LBI. As the sun set enjoy drinks and roasted marshmallows by the fire pit.

Cozy Beach House, a Block to the Beach!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. **Wedding Parties: This home is 2 blocks to HotelLBI, 1 mile to Bonnet Island Estate, 2 miles to Mallard Island. Walk to Bonnet Island using guarded walkway. We provide made beds, linens and for the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

Great location!! Easy access to Philadelphia by car or train. Plus, 30 minutes to Philadelphia airport. Atlantic City is just over an hour by car or train. Efficiency apartment, Cozy space for 2, could easily sleep 4. Kitchenette, sitting room with 2 barrel chairs, a full size futon and a queen size bed. Private deck & entrance.
