We loved Leonardo's place for our family holiday in Italy. Very clean, comfortable and practical accommodation, our children were very happy with the stay.

We had a wonderful time at Marina's beautiful house! The children all absolutely loved the pool, and we have everything we needed in the house for living comfortably. The views are spectacular! And with Lucca only a short drive away we were spoiled for choice with things to do. Marina and Paulo were very friendly and helpful, with local recommendations and booking restaurants etc. It's definitely a holiday we'll remember and I would 100% recommend staying here! Grazie mille!!

The house was lovely and in a great location for walking (25 minutes) or cycling into Lucca. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The garden and swimming pool were really lovely and clearly well cared for. Giovanna was an excellent host. She spoke very good English and was helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

We had a great experience at Lorenzo’s house celebrating the new year with friends. Very nice place, beautiful surroundings, shops and many sights (and wineries) close by - it’s all a short drive. As we’ve been there in winter, heating was a bit challenging, but Lorenzo brought us wood for the fireplace and helped with more efficient heating. All the requests and questions were promptly answered - the host is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It is lovely accomodation nestled in a really nice part of Montelupo and close to the river and train station. We used this as a base to explore some other small towns and Florence and thought it was perfect. Looking forward to booking again. Brenda was so helpful and they are such a warm and kind family! Thank you so much for a fantastic trip!!!!

Federico's house has everything to enjoy in Pisa. Close to the airport and train station. Supermarket next door. Possibility of dropping off the suitcases . Everything was perfect .

We only stayed 2 nights at Lucca Comics 2024. Great location. In Silvia's little house there is really everything you need for your stay, from the kitchen, to the bedrooms and bathroom. Silvia is a great host, helpful and very kind.

Very nice accommodation ideally located for visiting Toscana. If you like calm and nature, this place is perfect!

We were able to "open" the 2025 season with 6 wonderful days in Ron and Manon's villa. The room/apartment "Uno" was exactly as described in the advertisement. A cozy, very neat and clean apartment with everything you need for relaxing vacations. The kitchen is up to date and wonderfully equipped. Ron and Manon are two heartfelt people and great hosts and not to forget your big dog Patout, she is such a sweet animal! Every day you had tips for us when it came to visiting Tuscany. Every tip was great and was just right. Above all, but the parking tips were awesome!! You could always have a great conversation with you and that's how nice conversations have arisen. The outdoor area of the villa is also fantastically beautiful with many different places to linger or swim in the pool. It is very quiet and idyllically located in the middle of many trees. We would love to recommend this place from the bottom of our hearts!!

We just had a wonderful 3-week family stay. Great vacation at Claudio and his wife's. Helpful, welcoming, available hosts... all with discretion. 👍 Very clean and comfortable accommodation. The home and its surroundings make for a very pleasant vacation. The pool and air conditioning throughout the accommodation offers ideal comfort to enjoy the sun without suffering from the heat 😊 The location allows you to visit, by car, many Tuscan sites and enjoy this beautiful region. And Claudio is happy to give good tips, good places to go... so that we can make unforgettable memories 😊 We'll definitely be back. 😃

Luca is a very friendly and accommodating host. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable without being intrusive. The property is located right in the quiet village. The most necessary can be provided at the local shops. Luca always has great tips here. The photos also correspond to reality: on the whole, I highly recommend Luca.

Carla's house is beautiful,finished. The owner was very kind and accommodated our requests. He welcomed us with a great aperitif. We were all pleasantly amazed and satisfied. We couldn't have expected better. We will definitely be back! Thank you Carla!

A great small rooftop apartment in the walls of Lucca. Great location, nice locals style cafe next door and walkable to all the other restaurants and cafes and shops in Lucca. Great view from the rooftop and areas to sit and enjoy the weather, great thing about being on the tip floor is the view and it makes the many stairs to the top worth it. Limited paid Street parking in the street next to the apartment 3 euros per hour. (we had no problem finding a space but it was off season) or larger parking areas outside the walls with day rates of around 10 euros per day or parking lots around 10 mins walk. Apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen but is compact. Perfect for 2 people or 3 if you don't mind being cosy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to enjoy all Lucca has to offer

I celebrated my 50th Birthday with 7 dear friends at Umberto's house last week - it was beyond perfect! This was my first trip to Tuscany and definitely won't be my last. Umberto, Sheriff and Valentina are extremely warm hosts and the house is huge! I still don't think I visited every room! There is so much space that we ate in a different room every night! We didn't hire a car, however, Umberto gave us the contact details for Mr Manrico who did all of our airport runs, trips to Lucca, and trips to a local winery - this made our trip so much more relaxing and obviously we could all enjoy a drink too! A well stocked supermarket is a 15 minute stroll if you don't mind walking along a road and we were happy to do that. Chef Giovanni on the last night was wonderful - a real treat and in a fabulous house! Thank you to Umberto for making our stay so wonderful!

It has been our second time at this place and it was perfect as always. The property is beautiful as is the cottage and we enjoyed our stay very much. Kata has been very helpful and always responded quickly. We love this area as the Tuscans are super relaxed, very friendly and welcoming.

Lena's apartment is great. Extremely clean and it has everything you need. Lena is a very nice, friendly and uncomplicated hostess. She gave us great tips for excursions, shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back.

The guest apartment higher on a hill, was a beautiful location to wake up and view the aesthetic around. From hills, to trees, to river, and homes, the location was beautiful. The spring water faucet is a must as a fresh and welcoming relief to hydrate.
