Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ližnjan

We stayed at the "La Finca" for 8 days in the fall. The house is extremely clean and well maintained throughout (a big compliment to the housekeeper!). As you can see on the pictures, the furniture and the general furnishings are rustic and a little older, but the cleanliness convinced us very much. The pool outside was heated to 28 degrees, so we could go swimming every day and even in the evening despite the low outside temperature. The sauna is top. The hot tub is also a nice to have, for the price also fine. Unfortunately, we quickly realized that it is very sensitive. Although we thoroughly showered before use, the filter is always clogged, so the housekeeper had to come to clean and refill everything. Here it would certainly make sense to invest in a higher quality hot tub. Despite everything, Ivan responded very quickly and kindly to every question or ambiguity. We would definitely come back!

nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Cosy, comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, ideally situated for exploring Pula, Fazana and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay here and Sanja was an ideal host: friendly, helpful and with lots of useful recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, etc.

Amazing house with beautiful decor. If you are the sort of person that values never using the "big light" this is the place for you. lots of space, room for socialising and quiet time. There is even a secluded kids play room downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come again 😁

An absolutely wonderful villa & a wonderful host! Alan was a great host - responsive & kind: he came early in the morning in the middle of our week’s stay to clean the pool for us before we got up. He also gave us great local recommendations of activities to do & beaches to visit. The house itself is stunning - I would say even better than in the photos. It was spotlessly clean; beautiful, calming & private. We loved it as a great base for a family holiday with small children, exploring Istria. Would thoroughly recommend both host & house; & would happily come back again in the future. Thank you, Alan!

My 2 friends and I stayed for a week in the apartment and visited the whole island. Having reserved parking, we never had a problem parking the car near the house. The apartment is super, with a covered outdoor table and a garden from which you can collect all the fresh and delicious vegetables cared for by Goran, the owner. Goran is a golden person, always available, without him our vacation would not have been so unique. Thanks Goran!

Oliver is an absolutely amazing host! From the moment we booked, he was always reachable and quick to respond to any questions, making everything so easy. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay—even staying up late to check us in when we arrived in the middle of the night. Great little place for a few days in Pula. Quite clean and responsive hosts. In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Due to the proximity of the owners property- there’s a little less privacy. Otherwise, really cute place and worth the price.

Price performance top, good quiet location.

Igor's stay exceeded all expectations. For this money you have your own tiny house with garden. We were also very happy with the washing machine. The location is close to the harbor with nice bar and restaurants within walking distance. The old town of Pula is about half an hour walk which was fine for us. Pebble beach within walking distance. Communication with Igor wad easy and he responds quickly fast. We had bad luck with the car and Igor was fortunately very flexible with arrival and departure times. Apartment has all the comforts. We had a wonderful time.

We had a very Nice stay. The appartment was Nice and cosy and close to the water. The place and town is small and quiet - just perfect for a vacation!

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a short stay. You can walk quickly to the beach and the city. Communication with Ana is very straightforward. We will be happy to come back.😊
