You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Staying at the cottage was amazing, felt like we were there for weeks because it felt like home. The place is spacious and has everything you need for a cozy nature getaway. The location is perfect, short drives to hiking paths, the sea and the city. Mirna is a lovely host so definitely 100% recommend this place.

Cosy, comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, ideally situated for exploring Pula, Fazana and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay here and Sanja was an ideal host: friendly, helpful and with lots of useful recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, etc.

Amazing house with beautiful decor. If you are the sort of person that values never using the "big light" this is the place for you. lots of space, room for socialising and quiet time. There is even a secluded kids play room downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come again 😁

An absolutely wonderful villa & a wonderful host! Alan was a great host - responsive & kind: he came early in the morning in the middle of our week’s stay to clean the pool for us before we got up. He also gave us great local recommendations of activities to do & beaches to visit. The house itself is stunning - I would say even better than in the photos. It was spotlessly clean; beautiful, calming & private. We loved it as a great base for a family holiday with small children, exploring Istria. Would thoroughly recommend both host & house; & would happily come back again in the future. Thank you, Alan!

I and 2 of my friends stayed for a week in the apartment and visited the whole island. Having reserved parking, we never had a problem parking the car near the house. The apartment is super, with a covered outdoor table and a vegetable garden from which you can pick all the fresh and delicious vegetables tended by Goran, the owner. Goran is a golden person, always available, without him our vacation would not have been so unique. Thanks Goran!

Oliver is an absolutely amazing host! From the moment we booked, he was always reachable and quick to respond to any questions, making everything so easy. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay—even staying up late to check us in when we arrived in the middle of the night. Price performance top, good quiet location.

Igor's stay exceeded all expectations. For this money you have your own tiny house with garden. We were also very happy with the washing machine. The location is close to the harbor with nice bar and restaurants within walking distance. The old town of Pula is about half an hour walk which was fine for us. Pebble beach within walking distance. Communication with Igor wad easy and he responds quickly fast. We had bad luck with the car and Igor was fortunately very flexible with arrival and departure times. Apartment has all the comforts. We had a wonderful time.

We had a very Nice stay. The appartment was Nice and cosy and close to the water. The place and town is small and quiet - just perfect for a vacation!

All info and photo were accurate. The condition of the children's play elements in the garden was as described in the reviews, which is a shame because we had a 2 year old son with us. However, there are also public playgrounds in Vinkuran. Otherwise, the apartment is very well equipped and practically equipped, especially the kitchen equipment is very good for preparing dishes. We were happy. Communication with the host was promising and efficient.

The apartment is nice and has everything you need for a short stay. You can walk quickly to the beach and the city. Communication with Ana is very straightforward. We will be happy to come back.😊
