The apartment is lovely and comfortable and in walking distance from local shops. Had everything we needed as a family of 4.

The apartment was bigger than expected- in particular the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet and shower ( 2 have a bath too!) was amazing. Really nicely decorated and really comfortable. LOADS of toys and games for children, which was great. Kitchen is quite narrow, so preparing a bigger meal would be a challenge, but on whole it had everything we needed. It’s a good 15 / 20 min walk from the actual bay and the restaurants- which was fine for us but may not be for everyone. The entrance to the flat is a little off-putting - but once through the door you’re in a really lovely, very well-priced holiday home that we were really comfortable in. It would have been nice for there to have been some kind of welcome pack- some milk at least- BUT- it is unusual to be left with so many toilet rolls in a holiday home, so that’s a big plus!! On the whole, a great place to stay - thank you!!

Josh is a super host, we really enjoy his flat, very quiet, short distance to brilliant walks and beach of Talacre. We’ll book again, all you need in kitchen, very clean flat, good shower. It’s next to a barrack but not an issue as was very quiet in our stay.

We enjoyed our second stay in this lovely flat. It was clean, spacious and cosy. The beds were particularly comfortable. It is ideally situated a few minutes walk to seafront, supermarket and takeaways and bus stop. We enjoyed walks from the flat along the North Wales coast path. Llanfairfechan is an ideal centre for travelling further afield to Anglesey, other places on the North Wales coast and the mountains of Snowdonia.

Great place! Will definitely stay here again if and when I come back!

The apartment was perfect for our golf trip, as was only a short walk up to Nefyn Golf Club. The apartment is extremely cosy and comfortable, we felt very at home there and it had everything you need. Paula was also so helpful in answering any questions I had prior to the trip. I must also recommend the restaurant 'The Cliffs' which is also walkable, it was superb. We will be back for certain. Thanks Paula.

Absolutely loved our stay here! This place was incredibly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect with only a short walk into town. Michael was a great host, very responsive and allowed us to have a late check out. When we visit Chester again, we will definitely stay here and would recommend this place to others. Dan is a friendly landlord, and he provides a very detailed travel tips in the lounge. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walking distance to the sea front.

Gary was THE perfect host as was his daughter who bought us up extra chocolates! 🤩 Very good communication 👌 A+ Compact but so very cosy. Workable TV with BBC and Microwave was good. Comfortable bed and close to the train station. They were lovely to mind our suitcases till check in time.

Great location with stunning sea views. We stayed over New Year and saw a great Firework display from Colwyn Bay from the Apartment window. The Apartment was cleaned to a very high standard with everything you needed. Great TV's but couldn't get Terrestrial television channels without going through BBC iPlayer, ITV X etc... and no password set up for Channel 5. Very nice pub 'Rhos Fynach Tavern' only a 3 minute walk away serving good food. Unfortunately the Weather wasn't great during our stay so we will definitely be back to explore this lovely coastline.

The flat is in a great location, with 25 minute bus to the city centre (or 15 min taxi). Lots of lovely parts of Liverpool are reachable on foot. The flat is spacious, cosy and exceptionally clean. It has excellent amenities, including a really well stocked kitchen. The hosts have thought of everything - even little touches like having coffee, tea, milk and sparkling water waiting for you. A really great spot.

We had a fantastic stay, was beautiful inside and outside, exactly like the photos and some lovely personal touches. Communication was amazing. We can’t wait to return and next time with our little boy!

Absolutely beautiful please to stay, wish we had more time here, Rachel was very responsive and helped to meet all of our needs can’t complain about anything, they were very helpful and even though lived on site they gave us privacy and let us to it unless they were needed. Very friendly couple made our stay very stress free, absolute gorgeous home well kept and even had the hot tub ready for when we were, will definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!

Stunning, got upgraded too a fancier cottage when we arrived. Sadly we had to leave early due to weather but highly recommend.

This is a very comfortable ground floor apartment (a few steps up from the street) for up to 4 people including two double ensuite bedrooms, a spacious living room, large kitchen, and nice outdoor seating area. It is nicely located just outside of the busy part of town, making it a quiet and relaxing location within walking distance of the pier, bars, restaurants, and shops. There is also a private parking space for up to two cars.

We had a lovely night at Simon’s, the place really was beautiful, looked just like the pictures, also Simon answered every question I had and also gave me lots of recommendations for walks in the area, just a stone throw away from the beach! Would 100 percent go back🫶

We had a lovely stay here in ruthin, location was great just a short walk into town. Apartment was perfect everything you need with an amazing hot tub out on the balcony with lovely views next to the river.
