My condo is a 34 sqm studio type unit located near Sky Ranch, and to the best restaurants in the city. It has a glass wall with a perfect view of Taal Lake and Volcano. Unit rental comes with a wifi (25 mbps), tv with netflix, home theater (sound bar), aircon, basic amenities (beddings, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, slippers), shower water heater and free parking space near the main lobby entrance. Maximum nr of guests allowed is 4 including infants.

Nayon is a private farmstead in Alitagtag, Batangas, a scenic 2-hour (1.5 hr without traffic) drive from Manila. Our 2-bedroom, 150-sqm traditional Filipino house sits on a hill, overlooking a child-friendly pool and a wide space peppered with fruit trees and grazing animals. Each large, ensuite bedroom is furnished carefully with Filipino furniture and mementos from our family's travels. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance & cleanliness. My place is good for families (with kids). My place has a hotel vibe with cozy queen size beds (3 in total). It has a provision for a working desk. To provide entertainment & relaxation while inside the apartment, we have a television with cable channels. The place has a balcony (with a mountain view) which can be used as place for dining & socialization. The kitchen has a ref, microwave, cooking range, among others.
