Am Bothan (translates from Gaelic as Wee Place) is on a former croft on the Isle of Skye. This is an ideal place for couples wanting simple accommodation in this beautiful part of the island. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave oven, sink, fridge and washing machine (free to use). A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful. Garramor Cottage is a modern, one bedroom house . The living room is bright and airy with french doors leading out to the deck and woods beyond. Surrounded by trees, it is a very calm and peaceful setting. It is a 5 mile drive to Mallaig where you can get the ferry across to Skye. Local beaches such as Camusdarach Beach with their white sands are great to explore and just a short walk away.
