Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Loch Tay

This was an amazing place for us to stay as an extended family. There were nine of us, plus two dogs, and we rented the Doocot and the Lodge in the grounds. It is located right up in the hills and was blissfully remote yet easily accessible to the A90 to Perth and Dundee. The house itself was very comfortable and exactly as described. The sitting room was amazing with its enormously high ceilings, plenty of squishy sofas and a piano. There was also a Smart TV. For us, the best feature was the enormous dining table which easily seated us all and could have taken several other people too. We had lovely meals together all round the table. It was really memorable. The bathrooms were clean and new. The roll top bath was lovely and super to soak in. Check in, host communications etc were all super easy and they even helped us to have a hot tub ready for our arrival from Fife Hot Tub Hire. All in all, would highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable break away in the hills.

This is a good base for exploring the Trossachs. The house is comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and spacious accommodation (we were there as three couples). Although it’s on the main road through town, it was very quiet at night. Aaron is a friendly and helpful host and we had a great time here.

We had a fantastic time with family for a special celebration what wonderful memories were made in this lovely house and grounds.

The house was beautiful, very spacious and extremely clean. The living area had lots of space with comfy sofas and footstools. There was a massive collection of dvds and books. The garden was peaceful, with garden furniture and a great view of the sea. We had 4 of us plus a baby which meant to bottom floor was ideal for the baby and mother and the rest of us were on the top floor. The view from the upstairs bedrooms were stunning. We walked the coast to the local villages and the village its self had great cafes and restaurants and an award winning chippy! We had the best stay and can’t wait to go back! Thank you to the host for letting us stay, your house is beautiful.

Came with friends travelling, Usman was great on arrival and well communicated before hand. Plenty of space for a group of friends. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend

Jamie’s place was great for a short stay. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL HOME! This is probably the BEST place we have ever stayed in with Airbnb. The house we spotless and everything was so well provided for. They even had hot chocolate for kids and really good coffee options for adults, pasta, rice, so many canned food options and oats and what not. Fully stocked kitchen! For kids, they had lots of toys and books. The kids room was the highlight - they had really amazing books nicely laid out as well as a wonderful very clean kitchen set for kids to play with. It really felt like we have just walked right in our home. The playground was the cherry on top. Kids loved climbing and swinging. They even had bubble sets and outdoor playset for the kids and a BBQ set for those who wish to try their hand at BBQ. Can't recommend them enough. Our family of 8 had a great stay and we loved every minute of it. Wished we stayed longer here. We will definitely stay here if we come back to Edinburgh!

What a wonderful host! Jon was super helpful and communicative, as well as laid back and made sure we were right at home. The place was lovely. Clean sheets and super comfy beds, as well as cozy and warm. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials for cooking. He also has the nicest shower I’ve EVER had! It’s on a private, quiet street with lots of cafes and pubs nearby and as described in terms of distance to the city centre/castle etc. We walked there and it didn’t feel too long. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a lovely, home away from home, in one of the most beautiful cities in the world! Simon's flat was perfect for myself, my wife, and our 10-year old daughter. It was super comfortable and in a very peaceful section of a really cool part of the city. Tons of shops and restaurants just down the road. We found the location to be within convenient walking distance from lots of the sights and areas we were most interested in seeing! Simon was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. I absolutely recommend staying here if you're lucky enough to have the chance!

We had a lovely stay in Scott’s very attractive, comfortable flat. It’s got a really nice outdoor patio area and the walk along the harbour is fun to do. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and the parking is very straightforward. Scott himself was very friendly and helpful. All in all quite a find!

We had an amazing stay at Gillian and Guy's place. We called when we got to the village and were given instructions on how to locate the property. Guy was already waiting for us and gave us a quick tour with all the information we needed. There was fresh flowers, easter eggs, prosecco, and a wee whiskey for us to enjoy. Decorated beautifully and well kitted out. The hottub is on all the time so we were able to get right on in and relax. The sofa was super comfy and the TV is huge, perfect for movie night. Will definitely be back

It was a nice stay. We were traveling with a baby and they prepared a baby cot for us, very sweet. The window is directly facing the water, it’s beautiful to look out.

Places like Cobberview Apartment are really what a 5 star rating is for, in fact, if there was one, this would be a 6 star! Carol and Don are lovely, the accommodation is amazing, lots to see and do in the area with a great pub 10 mins walk up the road. Book with confidence!

Loved, loved! Loved Anne’s beautiful home! I felt like I stepped back in time but with tastefully done modernizations that made the whole place a dream. I found myself Googling the history of this historical home. Just wow!!!!! The bathroom was amazing. The rock path to the water’s edge was scenic and magical! Anne and Guy were very thoughtful, always asking how they can help! If I am able to return to Scotland I will definitely try to stay here again!!!!

This is such a charming Airbnb in a very central location in Edinburgh! We loved the living room/loft area with the view of Edinburgh castle and everything was very clean. Lloyd was extremely responsive and flexible when we wanted to check in early and even provided a recommendation for where to store our luggage when we had to check out.

Great penthouse a super short walk to George Square. Perfect for 2 couples with plenty of privacy between the bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is well appointed if dining in and also close to restaurants for eating out. A great place to stay in Glasgow.

We had a wonderful time at Louise’s place - what incredible views of the bay. The house is very well equipped and we felt right at home - we’d love to come back!

Would like to give more stars - at least a six. On arrival on Easter Sunday we were greeted with two Easter eggs- so kind. Kornelia is a super responsive host going above and beyond. Her place is exceptional. What she provides is amazing - breakfast, spices, oils, cans, cup of soups , toiletries etc, etc. The bed is really comfortable. The location is superb - a mere 10 mins by bus to the city or the port, and very peaceful. We stayed for three nights and it was brilliant. Would definitely stay again.

This is a brilliant place to stay in an amazing location right by the beach - easy and free parking too right outside. North Berwick is such a nice place to stay great coffee houses, bakers and butchers and the boat trips arounfd the Bass Rock are a must !
