Holiday rentals in Lockerbie

We had the best time at Amy’s Cottage. She was a great host, so easy to message and responded really quickly. She sent over great instructions on how to get to the cottage and check in was really easy. The photos of the cottage do not do it justice!! The cottage had everything we needed and was super clean. The cottage is in a stunning remote location surrounded by fields, the views especially the sunset were spectacular and the sheep/lambs frolicking nearby made it super wholesome! Amy also left a booklet of useful information about how to work tv, local walks and amenities. She also comes every morning to check the hot tub is running as it should. We did not want to leave and we can’t wait to come and stay again!

We had an amazing stay at the property. The hot tub was fab and all the furnishings and amenities were beautiful and spotless. Lovely outside deck with seating and a view of the pond. It felt very luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Shame it was only for one night! There is a Tesco superstore 5 min drive away to pick up anything you need. We will hopefully be back again to stay another time!

A really lovely accomodation that met our needs. Spacious caravan that easily accomodared 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 dogs. We felt at home there and it was really well equipped. The site where it is situated is idyllic and beautiful with lovely walks and beaches. We qould love to return for a longer stay to explore more of this beautiful piece of Scotland. Best Airbnb we've ever rented in terms of uniqueness, quality of design and finish. Everything about it was comfortable from the underflooring heating to the beds etc and the location was only a short drive to many lakes and walks and a dog friendly pub 5 minutes walk away was fab. We took our 2 boys and dog and we all loved it. Dylan has done an impeccable job on this chapel conversion. Graveyard garden certainly was unique and the spring lambs either side were a super cute bonus! Would love to come back again!

We had a fantastic time at Rockliffe, helped by sunshine all day long for a week! The hosts, Julian and Theo were very friendly and helpful, they even showed us around their beautiful garden! The bungalow is fabulous, clearly been recently renovated, with excellent facilities, cooker, washing machine, plenty of hot water etc. The beds were very comfortable. There is an outside covered area at the back of the bungalow, completely safe and ideal for leaving bikes, shoes etc. There is a large garden to use, with table for al fresco dining, and lovely lawn with garden chairs, mainly for sun bathing for us! The beach is a short walk away, and it was great to cool off after long hot days! Dave

We absolutely loved our Christmas at Seaglass Cottage. The hosts were great, answered any questions, gave us detailed instructions for check-in and even put up a Christmas tree and decorations for us. We were very lucky with the weather, enjoying walks along the beach right outside, we even found some seaglass (we felt like children!). The property was very clean, the bedding smelled so fresh, the kitchen had everything you might need, very clean bathroom and handy downstairs loo. Every evening we would sit in the cosy conservatory enjoying a glass of wine, watching the sun go down, people walking along the beachpath with their dogs and then into the lounge for a real log fire. It was perfect and we can't wait to return!

Had a lovely couple of days here for my birthday- the cottage really feels like a home from home and there are lots of little extras which make the experience, such as games, paintings, pantry items and we loved watching the birds on the feeders - we saw wood peckers and a buzzard sat in the tree opposite. Adrienne is really responsive and made the experience really easy for us! Thanks again x
