Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Locos Beach

The apartment was really clean and cozy. It was easy to get from the apartment to the beach, Habaneraas, and downtown. Communication went well, and the owner provided us with a new toaster and vacuum cleaner when the old ones didn't work. The only thing we missed was the storage space. We stayed in the apartment for a month and would have liked more empty cabinets for things.

We really enjoyed our stay. A well situated apartment in a quiet area of Spain, within easy access of beautiful beaches and local amenities. The apartment is kept beautifully with lots of little extras. We really enjoyed the seating area out front especially in the warm afternoons and evenings. The communal pool area is generally occupied by fellow owners, it is busy on the weekend but on a few occasions during the week we had it to ourselves! Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy quality family time x

Very good ! Nice, clean and right next to the beach

The apartment is as described. The area is great because you can reach many beaches. We arrived late and their parents gave us the keys. They are very kind. I recommend this apartment. To do the shopping you have Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi and 2 Chinese shops if you are missing something for the beach.

Better than we expect. The apartment was very clean, had everything you need, good location , very friendly host, very good communication. Everything is perfect. And best of all, the fantastic ocean view. Thank you very much Mercedes, we will definitely be back

The apartment was very relaxing and comfortable. The beach was minutes away via foot. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Very nice central location. Rooms were spacious and the decor was tasteful and appealing. Bright and airy apartment. The transfer offer was really helpful and appreciated too, made everything very easy.

Simply put, amazing place to stay. First of all, thank Irene for her patience with us, we were late on arrival and she was also attentive, helpful and very polite. For the place, without words, we loved it, everything clean, super tidy and spacious. Amazing how modern it is, you can tell that it is renovated with affection. No doubt, recommended to 200%. Thank you for hosting us.

had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

Excellent stay. Quiet, clean and neat urbanization. The house is as shown in the photos,comfortable and with everything you need for a fantastic stay. Mr. Hakan was most helpful and friendly, always attentive and with immediate response. Extra recommendation: Leaving the Urbanization and next door to the Suma supermarket there is a fantastic cafeteria! Recommended the house and its owner!

Definitely a place that’s worth a visit. It was great especially with the heated pool. Great recommendations and a very accommodating host.

We had a fabulous stay! Very spacious, clean modern house with fantastic views to the sea. So many places to sit, relax, read and have a drink as the sun goes down. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photos and creates a very relaxing and private space. Cristin was so attentive and helpful both before and during our stay. And Denise gave us a warm welcome and a useful tour of the house and information about the local area. We took a taxi from Alicante airport and walked to the supermarket, beach and local restaurants. We now need to find a time to come back!

We had the most incredible 5-day stay at this beautiful villa From the moment we booked, Nikolina was an absolute gem. Handing the keys back to Phil at the end of our stay was bittersweet because we truly didn’t want to leave! The villa was immaculate, extremely clean and stylishly decorated. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from towels and beach towels to a kitchen stocked with every utensil, pot, pan, plate, and glass. Even the little things that are often missing in rental properties, like chopping boards and other essentials, were there! The layout of the villa was fantastic, with plenty of space and lots of light, shutters on all the windows allowed us to block out both heat and light. The outdoor area was fab, with a fully loaded outdoor bar/kitchen & BBQ . There was ample space to sun bath next to the private pool. we chose this villa for peace and quiet it totally delivered! Service was first class too!

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

A great location in a peaceful part of the town just a few minutes walk from the waterfront. I particularly liked the dual balconies, nice place to sit and relax in the evening. Would come again, possibly next year!

Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!

Fantastic apartment for my wife and two children (3 & 1) - lots of space and some amenities for us to use too (cot bed, umbrella and beach towels for example). Location is great, very secluded area too with very little traffic. The walk to the beach takes around 20 minutes and there’s a local Carrefour en route too.

This place was perfect for us. We picked it because of the beautiful view but it has more to offfer. You can feel home away from home as the design is beautiful and all you need is there. Even with rain outside you can just enjoy staying in and take advantage of the view. The place was clean, easy to find and the automatic check in is fantastic as you have no problems when you are coming late. Pedro is very proactive with recommondations! we would defenitely recommend the place and would come again.
