A modern Scandinavian style at the beach. Balcony with beach view. Three double bedrooms and a one and a half bedroom with a 120 cm bed and one single room. 2 bathrooms and an extra shower with cold and hot water in the garden. A new sauna in the garden is bring built and ready in approximately a week you just to step in the water. Garage, extra free parking in front. Professional trampoline. Double sea kayak. Both gas and coal grill in the garden.

Calm surroundings near the forrest

Spacious, tidy and cozy house. Furnished. Large private garden with 2 terraces. Close to nature and still only 15 minutes drive to Aalborg by car. Busconnections in 3 mins walking distance. Shopping can be found 4km away in Vodskov. Approximately 30mins drive to either Western or Eastern Sea with sandy beaches. Linnen (incl. duvets) and towels can be rented for a fee of 40 dkk (6 euros) pr. person to cover wash and wear. (short term rent)
